"First time in Taiwan, and there weren't many hotel options in Taichung, most of them being quite old. This hotel's service was decent. The room was a bit dated, but the location was good, right next to a shopping mall and across from a Japanese Sogo department store. There's also a bar on the hotel's registration floor, which was nice."

"Great for family trip. The service of room was satisfying and quite fast. As soon as we enter our room in third floor, we noticed the size of slippers provided was too large. To our surprise, they took care of the problem almost immediately. I will give the service five star. As for the swimming pool, the quality of water is also good enough for children in 6-12 age group. BTW, thanks for the swimming pool service people. They gave us medication for mosquito biting in emergency. Surely recommended for family trip destination."

"The bed is extremely soft! If you can't stand soft beds, definitely avoid this place. The staff are very friendly and the spa is incredibly relaxing when it's empty in the morning – definitely worth considering if you want to avoid the crowds."

"The hotel boasts spacious facilities and large rooms. Breakfast is served as a set meal, but the dishes are thoughtfully prepared, diverse, and delicious. However, the soundproofing in the rooms is poor. You can hear the sound of water pipes from the next room's hot spring late at night, which disturbs the peacefulness of the evening."

"We took a relaxing trip to celebrate my parents' golden wedding anniversary. We checked in at 3 PM and went to the hot springs shortly after. Around 6 or 7 PM, we got hungry, and there was a decent buffet. Even though there were many tour groups, the food selection wasn't huge, but it was replenished quickly and the dishes were fresh. After lunch, we took a short walk, and then there was a wonderful concert at 8:30 PM. This time it was the Sirius Harmonica Ensemble. It was my first time hearing multi-part harmonica music, and their witty introduction was really great. The hour went by quickly, and the grand finale was a stargazing performance. Although the clouds were thick, the moon was still shining, and with the help of the Star Walk 2 app, we didn't get back to our room until 11 PM. The next day, breakfast at 7 AM was also satisfying. We went for a walk in the nearby campsite, but unfortunately, the ginkgo and maple trees were still green. We saw cherry salmon, swans, and enjoyed some shaved ice before heading back down the mountain, completely satisfied. There wasn't much traffic this time, so going up and down the mountain was smooth, thanks to the good weather. The hotel was great, and my parents and I were very happy."
