"Wonderful hotel!!! The service, cleanliness, food, and activities were all top-notch! The hotel offers lovely complimentary touches like free lemon tea in the fridge, a bag, a scarf, and local coffee. In the evenings, they bring pastries to your room. The coconut balls are absolutely amazing! During the day, there are free snacks and refreshing drinks. There's also a happy hour – buy one cocktail, get one free. We experienced the dinner buffet, which was excellent! You can even try their famous suckling pig. Breakfast offers something for every taste! There's also a restaurant on the second floor with incredibly large and delicious dishes. The hotel's massage service was also great; you can choose between a 1-hour or 1.5-hour session. They offer free bicycles and boats. Definitely take a boat ride; you might spot sea urchins, starfish, and small fish. You can use the bikes to explore the town. The gym is excellent, with everything you need, plus air conditioning, towels, and water! The pool is clean, and the water temperature is very comfortable. Archery is also free. Swimming from the shore in the sea can be a bit challenging as it's very shallow, but you can take a boat out to deeper water for a swim. And the sunrises here are incredibly beautiful! If you want to visit the underground river or other attractions, you can arrange a tour and rent a car at reception. It might be more expensive than in town, but you save a lot of time. We rented a car and drove to the beach ourselves. It was an hour's scenic drive, and you're there. They even provided us with a bag of beach towels for the trip. During our 4-day stay, we never felt any discomfort; everything here is designed for guests. The staff are the most smiling and responsive! We will definitely return to this hotel chain again!!! "Malinis naman po! Pero Diko alam bat nangangati yung toddler ko. Maganda yung hotel kids friendly may play house at may pool for kids. Gandaaaaa. Then hinatiran ako ng breakfast sa room kc di ako maka baba kc may mga infant at toddler thank you! Masarap din yung foods 😍😍😍 Malapit din sa Robinsons Palawan, Starbucks and many more ❤️."

"We stayed for 5 full nights and our whole experience was more than great to be honest. All the staff from front office to dining to room and facilities did great except for Anna, a front desk associate who manifested her arrogance when I requested to have our breakfast packed instead. She was very firm in denying the request and offered zero options to the point of even pointing out that the breakfast was complimentary even if we chose to pay extra if we wanted to have breakfast included. She called to apologize after i talked to her supervisor, Joni. The other minor issue is the proximity of the place to the business centers. It was a bit off the business district but it was close to the beach. Other than these, everything was okay. Overall, we had a pleasant stay."

"The hotel room is very spacious . The room is perfect .i enjoyed staying at the hotel, the staff and front desk is very accommodating. They are very attentive on what i need. The hotel is close to SM ,public market and baywalk. Which is really good. I wish they have pool so they can maximize the view I also wish the they have more equipment at the gym. Overall, this place is great spot. For those who like to explore the city."

"This hotel is absolutely amazing for the price. I'll start by saying there's a free airport transfer. You just need to write to the hotel in advance with your flight number and names. The breakfast buffet is incredible. There's a pool and a spa. Everything is very beautiful and clean."

"The hotel is beautiful!! Our room is amazing!! Love all the sculptures and fine details they have all over the hotel. The pools are huge and water is nice and warm! The staff is welcoming and friendly! Would definitely stay here again and recommend the hotel to other travelers."

"Astoria was a 1.5-hour drive away from PPS airport. We took the hotel shuttle to and from the airport, and it costed us only 200 per way (the original fare was 250 but we got 20% discount since we were students) which is cheaper than the one offered by private vans at the airport. Upon arriving at Astoria, we were greeted by their welcoming staff with complimentary drinks and locally made necklace. The staff assigned to us gave us a quick tour of the place, and we loved how clean and well-maintained the facilities are. If there’s one thing that guests should know before visiting, it’s that to expect that Astoria sales staff would try to sell you their membership packages. But don’t worry, you can politely decline and Astoria’s sales staff would be very understanding. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Astoria and we will definitely come back!"

"We stayed for 5 days in December. Housekeeping is by request; we just asked at the front desk and they cleaned our room. We had a deluxe room on the 3rd floor with a wonderful view. The staff were all amazing, especially Gigi in the restaurant. To the left of the hotel, a 3-5 minute walk brings you to Las Cabanas Beach, and to the right, Vanilla Beach is a 5-minute walk away. There's a zipline at the hotel, and you can also rent kayaks to explore nearby beaches. The port is a 15-minute drive, and there's a McDonald's and other cafes nearby. We really enjoyed everything. Hotel staff even carried our luggage to the taxi."

"The staff in the hotel are very accommodating. It’s a lovely place to lie by the pool after a day of island hopping. There’s live music in the restaurant/bar area at night."
