-The hotel is quite old, but still acceptable if you don’t mind
-We checked in around 4:30 PM and had to wait quite a while. It seemed like there were no rooms available for check-in at that time, and there was no clear explanation given. We were initially given room 2404 and informed that we had been upgraded to a Premier room. However, when we arrived, the room was not decorated for Valentine’s Day as we had requested. We understood that the hotel was likely very busy and that special requests are not guaranteed.
Later, a staff member knocked on our door and asked us to move to room 2403, asking whether anyone had called to inform us (we had not received any call). Eventually, we were moved to the correct room, which was nicely decorated with a “Happy Valentine’s” setup. We really appreciated it, but guests should not be assigned to the wrong room in the first place.
-The balcony could not be used for long because cigarette smoke kept drifting in with the wind.
-There was a lot of noise from teenagers racing motorcycles outside."

"The kids absolutely loved this hotel! They had a blast at the water park, and there were plenty of activities they enjoyed at the kid's club. Plus, the starry ceiling in the room was a big hit. These were the main reasons our three children didn't want to leave. The hotel has direct access to Terminal 21, so all your dining and shopping needs are covered. It's a great choice for families who aren't looking to explore sights or beaches, but simply want to relax and have fun with their kids."

"Exceeded my expectations! This is the best hotel I've ever stayed at. Great value for money. The front desk staff were gentle and enthusiastic. There's also a large swimming pool that the kids loved, and it's well-shaded. We stayed at another place with a pool later, but it wasn't as good as this one. The ventilation is excellent, and there's a small balcony. I'd give it 10 stars!"

"Excellent hotel for the price! The rooftop pool with a sea view extending to the horizon is fantastic, and the views of the Sanctuary of Truth are beautiful! The buffet breakfasts are tasty and clean. At first, we thought the location was a bit far, but then we realized that tuk-tuks go directly through the entire center to Walking Street, making everything feel much closer!"

"Amber is a 5 star rated stay for sure due to its amazing location, cosy and welcoming environment, quality bed for a gd night sleep. Walking everywhere is a breeze, just outside is Soi Bukkhao, Giant food court & nightlife area, and Central Pattaya & Beach about 7 to 10min walk away. One of the best buffet breakfast I had in Pattaya because of the outdoor seating area overlooking the pool. They also had thai traditional coffee counter making fresh traditional coffee which was very unique and memorable! Will return again for sure!"

"On a business trip to Thailand, after finishing up in Saraburi, we splurged 4,000 Thai Baht on a private car to Pattaya, the 'men's paradise.' I had booked this hotel in advance and arrived around 7 PM. The hotel's front desk staff spoke Chinese, which made communication easy, and check-in was a breeze. "I think this hotel offers great value for money.
1. I checked in on a weekend, and there were many locals with kids, so I had to wait a short while, but it wasn't too long. The front desk staff were very friendly and gave me a room as far from the road as possible, as I requested. It was definitely one of the quietest spots in the whole hotel.
2. The room was small but well-appointed; it had everything except a washing machine.
3. The shower water pressure was good.
4. The bathroom wasn't large but was quite clean.
5. The bed was quite big, probably two 1.1m beds pushed together. Lying in bed by the window at night with the lights off, watching the night view and listening to music was very therapeutic.
6. This time I got a room on the shaded side. Next time I'll try one on the sunny side, but the sunny side might not be as quiet or cool as the shaded side.
7. The cleaning boy was very polite.
8. The water play area downstairs isn't very big, especially after coming from Centara... However, the 299 package by the pool was great – the fried chicken, fries, and iced drinks were all good and offered excellent value.
9. The hotel is inexpensive, highly recommended if you're not planning to spend all your time at the hotel."

We opted for a Club Room this time, and the ocean view from our window was stunning. Watching the sunrise and enjoying the sea breeze from the balcony with my parents was incredibly relaxing. The hotel's environment truly is top-notch; the tropical gardens are maintained like a botanical garden, and the pool is right by the beach. Every day was a joy, sunbathing by the pool and taking early morning strolls through the gardens.
I particularly want to commend the service. Seeing us with elderly parents, the staff consistently went out of their way to open doors and press elevator buttons for us, always with genuine, warm smiles. The Club Lounge's afternoon tea was also fantastic, with a peaceful atmosphere and exquisite pastries ❤️"

EE AbanicoThis was genuinely one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally warm, professional, and accommodating. Being personally driven to our room added a unique and memorable touch to the stay.
When we entered the room, we were honestly amazed. It is rare for a hotel to exceed its promotional photos, but this one truly did. The room was immaculate, beautifully presented, and thoughtfully designed. The complimentary minibar was a generous inclusion and added even more value to the experience.
Service throughout our stay was outstanding. The front desk team were always available and quick to assist with any request. The restaurant delivered high quality meals for both dinner and breakfast, and the onsen and sauna facilities were incredibly relaxing and a fantastic benefit to have included at no extra cost.
Considering the overall experience, the value for the price point is exceptional and well worth it. My only regret is not booking this property sooner. If I return to Pattaya, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Ddorothy_kiraThe room was quite spacious, though the specific room type I booked didn't come with a bathtub. They told me I got an upgrade at check-in, which I'm guessing referred to the floor, not the room type. The hotel beach is public, but the water facilities inside are private. If you walk left along the beach, you'll find stalls selling fresh squid – you should definitely try the squid sashimi! Regular water play is free, but renting water sports equipment costs money. We tried the kids' electric jet skis for 30 minutes, which cost 850 Thai Baht. Breakfast was good, and it was 245 Thai Baht for children. At check-out, they even thoughtfully exchanged all my coins for banknotes. And finally, the sunset was absolutely stunning!

It's about a 15-minute taxi ride to the beach, and if there's no traffic, it's just 10 minutes to Terminal 12. Highly recommend this place for anyone staying in Pattaya!

They have two outdoor pools: one is really well-designed, and the other is a standard pool. The water quality is excellent, a bit salty actually – I wonder if it's seawater?
The gym is like a glass house; I regret not getting a workout in. I stayed in building 2, which was very close to the pool. There's golf cart service for arrivals and departures, and the spa isn't far either. The ambiance is great, and a 2-hour session was only 700 baht! The quality was really high too! So satisfying.
The service is excellent, and the drinks at the front desk are quite good, though not cheap – comparable to Starbucks prices, and they give you tons of ice.
Nearby, there's a durian shop, Big C, and some local stir-fry places. Although it's a bit far from the main attractions, getting a taxi is very convenient.

The staffs were very friendly and helpful!! There's a small gym, although in a poor maintenance, but with AC.
The breakfast was excellent, every day new dishes and lots of varieties!!!
Location is not so good, far from every place! I was walking towards to the coast 20 minutes, from where I could catch public transport to downtown for just 10B.

The hotel has private beach with free kayaking during your stay which was quite nice. Hotel were friendly and kind too. Location is a bit inconvenient but you can book a taxi to go to city center still just not very walkable. Worth the price tho, should stay at least 2days+ to properly enjoy the beach and facilities
