We stay at the Steam Plant Hotel quite often when we visit Spokane. Each time the staff are so great and helpful!

Very minimal room. Clean but very noisy. Comfortable, and clean . Price was grest for the location.

The room was not as advertised- the reality was a cheap version of the pictures shown. It was loud, the pillows had cases but not covers, and the mattress cover was stained. The location is great. We packed up our things and left, walking a couple blocks down to a different hotel at 8:30 at night.

Staff was amaze. Weird odor in room. Went away when heater was turned on. It's on the edge of a sketchy part of town. Great for where it is.

Room looked nice but I tripped in the parking lot and spent two nights in the hospital instead of the hotel.

The staff were very nice and super helpful! The room was very clean and the free breakfast was great. The only negative was the area didn’t feel super safe at night.

The only downside was the homeless population and the constant train schedules that go right behind the hotel
