Great location and the service by the front desk was exceptional

The room had a strange odor to it but it was good for a one night stay and it was in walking distance to the knitting factory. Room was clean and had a nice shower. Heard some screaming and fighting during the morning.

The room was great. A new girl was training at the front desk, but she was very professional and was doing a great job.

Very clean room. Nice area. Close to lots of things to do. Free breakfast at the diner was amazing!!! Will stay here again

Clean, comfortable, affordable, and conveniently located hotel with extremely friendly staff. Walkable to many amenities. My only complaint is that the only functioning power outlet was in the bathroom.

The rooms are very outdated. Everything's worn vent tore up. Reminded me of a motel. 6. Very cheap. Beds are uncomfortable not to mention the noise from the train and they ask you to ask them to clean your room and you do and they don't clean it. It happens all Ruby properties cuz I stayed at Ruby River and the same thing happened twice as much per night per room too. Staff was friendly but it doesn't make up for everything else. Not to mention it's downtown very shady lot of homeless

Really nice staff I mean really nice but the hotel was in a scary area and a little run down beds are rock hard no soap or shampoo in the shower they where empty no one was at the front desk when we went to check-in and we had to wait for somebody to come over train noise and walls paper thin hearing people talk all night it got the job done for the price but would never stay again

The room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, and the price was reasonable. I would definitely stay here again!
