Stays at 3rd floor with a good view on the mountains. But to see the greatest view better go by stairs, not elevator.
Truly attentive, friendly, and helpful staff that can help you anytime.
The great recreational facilities listed on the website are all available and in good working order.
The restaurant deserves special attention. We tried a variety of dishes during our stay. Georgian cuisine is simply delicious. I highly recommend trying the cream soups and khinkali.
I’d like to add that the cheese pancakes were delicious, but I would have liked to have them—and the various breakfast options—served earlier; I missed having breakfast served early.
I’d also like to see a map or at least a bus schedule with the routes. That was definitely missing, and it wasn’t always easy to figure it out on my own using the apps.
And there are also lots of different birds in the area. I wasn’t able to do it on this trip, but maybe someone else will be lucky enough to wait for them and feed them by hand.
I wish this wonderful place and the people who work here all the best and continued success.

An exceptionally clean stay with unmatched, intuitive service!I spent a week at The Biltmore Hotel, and I can honestly say I have never been to a cleaner hotel. It doesn’t just look clean—it actually feels clean. As someone with severe skin sensitivities, it is rare for me to sleep through the night comfortably or use hotel towels without having skin issues, but everything here was immaculate and safe for my skin. The service is absolutely superb and intuitive. On my first day, I requested two extra bottles of water and extra towels (two large, two small). For the rest of my stay, the housekeeping team anticipated my needs and automatically left four bottles of water and four extra towels every single day. I loved that I didn't have to call and ask every time. The food at the hotel was also very nice. The only minor downside was that the room's water pressure was a bit weak. However, the incredible cleanliness and thoughtful service far outweighed this small issue. I highly recommend this hotel!

cindymaggieOn the main road, a newly opened design hotel, very beautiful, good service, early check-in, very convenient for travel and dining, mainly convenient for carrying luggage without having to walk those small roads

The room was spacious and had a balcony, which was great for smoking without having to go downstairs. Parking was free and there were plenty of spots. The only downside was the breakfast, which was a bit bland and not very tasty. The hotel's location isn't in the old town, so it's ideal if you're driving. However, Tbilisi traffic is incredibly congested, and parking near the old streets is really expensive – it cost me about 70-80 RMB for an afternoon.

Anonymous UserOutdated hotel, lots of things need to be fixed
Booked it for outdoor pool and bar side.
Service is slow and mediocre, not really a Radisson level. Casino on the ground level attracts strange people outside at night time.
Restaurant food is ok but pricey

Guest UserThe view is fantastic, I woke up and went to sleep looking at the Dragon Slayer statue every day. The room was surprisingly spacious, exceeding my expectations, though the bathroom was very compact – a common issue with older hotels. Breakfast was pretty standard, nothing special, but the coffee was genuinely bad. I want to point out that this room type faces Freedom Square, meaning there's 24/7 street noise, and even live music at night. However, for those who aren't sensitive to noise, I'd still highly recommend staying here.

The service was quite good. I was allowed to keep my luggage in holding as it was not check in time yet.
The room was decent but when I turned on the thermostat it was so noisy.

The location is far from the center and you need to be careful as you can't go without using a taxi or bus. The equipment said toothbrush and bathrobe, but it wasn't in the room.
I didn't have a bathtub in my room, so I told the front desk to change to a room with a bathtub.
The luxury of the rooms and facilities is comparable to that of a 5-star hotel, but the service was the impression that it was a 4-star hotel.

The best thing about this hotel is its location! Everything is around for the corner for the first time tourist. In the same time very quiet spot as it is off the main streets.
The triple room was very small for three people. The showroom even smaller than reasonable. The room had shabby walls and worn carpet. The is a string Need to update and refresh rooms for the price and star rating.
Breakfast was VERY basic and limited for 4*. Don’t expect much at all , if breakfast is imported from your pint of view.
The hotel is made up from two houses linked together. One has a lift, but other - does not! We are talking 4 floors with no lift. Be mindful When you book a room. May be worth to send a special request to allocate a room the the “lifted” part if you have mobility issues.
The beds are comfortable and big. The linen is fresh and crisp. Very clean.
Good luck and enjoy your trip!
