"I booked the Superior King Room for a solo staycation and really enjoyed my time! I arrived around 2:20 PM, and they allowed me an early check-in with a fast and smooth process. The bed was spacious and comfortable, and the room came with two large complimentary bottles of water. The TV wasn’t a smart TV (no YouTube, etc.), but surprisingly there were quite a lot of programs and channels available during my stay. The location is great. You can easily stay within the area without going out far. There’s a 7-Eleven for quick purchases, and a mall just next door with Lotus, Watsons, and more. The onsen costs RM28 for walk-in guests, with 45 minutes per session. Slippers and disposable underwear are provided, but you can also bring your own swimsuit. I went during a non-peak hour and was lucky enough to have the entire onsen to myself. They even allowed me to stay longer than 45 minutes. After the session, they served free hot tea and a sweet snack (dorayaki), which was a nice touch. The hotel also has two restaurants: Birch and Sora. I had dinner at Sora SkyDining, it’s a romantic spot with a great ambience. Prices are quite reasonable for a sky dining experience. I ordered the yuzu iced tea (RM16) and Tiger Prawns Spaghetti (RM38); the portions were generous and the food tasted good. If you’d like to burn some calories after dinner, there’s a beautifully lit garden right beside the hotel. Perfect for a romantic night walk. Breakfast is served from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM, with a wide variety including noodles, nasi lemak, pastries, halal dim sum, and various drinks. Everything tasted good. Check-out is at 12 PM and parking is only RM1 per entry!"

"1 of my favourite budget hotel in Klang & more than 10 times stay there. but for this time, it really disappointed me. 1st,aircond not really cool & soo noisy comes from that air conditioner. 2nd is the pillow sooooo flat. already ask staff to change or can give extra pillow but the answer is no. bit disappointed this time coz i already stay here many times with no big issues until this time😔"

"Facilities: The facilities are a bit old but very clean. The swimming pool is large, and the gym equipment is well-equipped. Environment: There are many restaurants nearby, making dining very convenient. Once the LRT opens, getting to Kuala Lumpur city center will also become easier. Service: The staff are friendly, and the breakfast has a good variety of fruits."

"Basic room for short 1 night stay, unfortunately the lamp is not functional which can mot be switch off for the whole night. Its quite late at night that we didn’t request for room exchange. The advantage is it is just next to main LRT, convenience for public transport."

"The bed was a bit soft and narrow, so I didn't sleep very well. However, the hotel is really close to the port, about a 30-minute drive to Xigang (West Port), and there's a mall next door where you can grab a bite to eat."

"I chose this hotel because I was working nearby. I already knew it was an older hotel, so I opted for a newly renovated room. However, the walls and corners in the room weren't finished well, so it still felt old at a glance. The bathroom, on the other hand, was renovated quite nicely. The room's floor felt dusty, perhaps not cleaned thoroughly, and no disposable slippers were provided. You have to bring your own toiletries as the hotel's provided shower products were awful and barely any. I couldn't get hot water for showering at night and only had it in the morning. In summary, this hotel isn't worth the price. They do charge a 100 RMB deposit upon check-in. The front desk service was friendly."

"Great Location and Convenience The hotel was nice and very conveniently located—just a short walk to the KTM station. There are plenty of nearby options for food and drinks, including cafes, kopitiams, mamak stalls, and local shopping. Everything is within walking distance, which made our stay really easy and enjoyable."

"let me tell u, for the room soo good n comfy. but for surrounding it was ard 4 me. this is my 1st time in my life the hotel was so noisy.. not bcoz other roon but bcoz off hotel staff brought her kid, and the kids was so noisy.. i cant sleep at all. n the staff chatting so loud.. im in room but i can hear what they talking about..i wont be here again.. this is my 1st n the last.. what i know staff cannot bring her kid to work.."

"We booked a family suite. The room was very big and spacious. There was no power issue today, and the air conditioner was very cold. The bed and toilet were very clean. The receptionist, Mr. Raj, was super friendly and helpful. Our friend even extended the stay for another two nights. Economical, clean, and convenient."

"The service was good, and they even rent electric motorbikes. The room was a bit small. A water dispenser was provided. The price was acceptable, and there wasn't much noise at night. The hotel was right there as soon as I got off at the pier. I stayed on the second floor, but there was no elevator."
