The worst accommodation, the room is not soundproof, and the next door is actually connected, separated by an aluminum baffle. In fact, it is equivalent to a room in the next room. The next room came back at 12 o'clock in the night to stay up late, snoring, eating, and talking in the ear. Not only is it too noisy to sleep, but it feels like strangers are in our house. The hotel staff must know that some rooms are changed later, not soundproof, and there is no prompt when handling at the front desk. We are old and small, and we arrange a room far away (not ruling out that the early room is limited, but there is no prompt). 2. The check-in queue was very slow, one took ten minutes, asked the front desk why, and did not answer clearly. I don't know if it is a system problem or a process problem. I enjoyed the feel of anonimity granted by the size of the establishment, the size of my room and bed, as well as the location. It was clean, especially for China, and well equipped with amenities. I had a great rest there.

The hotel's location is super convenient, right next to Wanda Plaza, so you can eat and shop easily. It's also really handy for getting to other attractions. The hotel was decorated very festively for the National Day holiday, and all the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. A special shout-out to the basement parking staff – they worked so hard during the holiday! We often returned late, and the basement would be full, but the staff would wait in the ramp area to help coordinate parking spots, making sure every car had a place. Their service was truly exceptional, thumbs up! 👍 The hotel rooms were very clean and spacious, and breakfast was incredibly abundant. The friendly restaurant staff even gave our child a little gift. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Tangshan.
