Ueno has a real local vibe, it doesn't feel like a purely touristy area. There are a lot of Chinese restaurants nearby, and I even saw a Haidilao near the hotel. The hotel is located on a side street, so it's not too noisy. Both check-in and check-out are done via self-service machines. The room environment is quite nice, and I could fully open my 24-inch suitcase with plenty of space left over.

At one of the best quiet corners of all the actions in Ueno, you just need to walk over to the next street to be in the bustling area. As a modern solo traveler I really care about cleanliness and the power outlets location and USB charge ports, which they’ve thought-out considerably. They have all the one-time use stuffs such as slippers, toothbrush & tooth paste, combs, even hair ties. There’s only one thing I cared that they didn’t have, Youtube app in the TV. Other than that, the hotel is basically perfect.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Reliable and Hassle-Free Hotel Booking!
I used Trip.com to book a hotel for my recent vacation, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The platform offered a wide selection of hotels at great prices, and I found exactly what I was looking for in just a few clicks. The booking process was smooth, and I received a confirmation email almost instantly with all the booking details clearly outlined.
What I appreciated most was the transparency—there were no hidden fees, and what I paid online was exactly what the hotel charged. The hotel had my reservation ready upon check-in, and the stay was exactly as described on the site. I also liked the 24/7 customer support, just in case I needed any help along the way.
Trip.com made the entire process convenient and worry-free. I’ll definitely be booking with them again for my future trips!

Good location, 7 minutes straight walk to Ueno Station.
The hotel is too old, the facilities are a bit old, and unusable.
The bathtub was also very simple.
At night the staff service attitude was super bad, the next night changed rooms, to move their own items to another room, the room did not have a large towel, ask for. The employee was extremely bad, unwilling to compare, said he had already given me, but I only asked for the first time, had never seen him before, and said I was crazy, I asked him very politely, but his attitude was really mean. I asked for a towel to wipe my body, and I treated the customer like this. Too much. I hope the hotel will teach this person well. 😰😤😤😤😡😠
The first night another evening employee was also quite classic, nothing said he did not understand what I was saying, asked for a quilt, translated the Japanese, English said he did not know, no. I don't understand what countries he will know. 🤑😤
But there is an advantage, many in-room supplies placed near the reception, pick up yourself.

Very easy to access okachimachi station ( city loop line) and Ueno express airport skyline. The hotel is clean and breakfast is ok. The facilities and location meet my expectations for the price I paid.

This is the best place to stay in tokyo for a capsule hotel. After you finish in the sauna, hot Spring and ice bath. You're gonna enjoy hanging out in the lounge area. And then you'll walk around the station where there's lots to see and then you'll have a nice rest.Wake up early to do it over again. I can easily stay here for a week or more

Amazing
GGuest UserFor Tokyo, the room size here was fantastic! It's a one-bedroom suite with a separate living area. The bedroom, about three tatami mats in size, felt just right. Even with a table in the living area, it was easy to move around, creating plenty of extra space. A mini-fridge was also a bonus!
I made sure to visit the communal bathhouse and hot spring on the 6th floor almost every day – it was incredibly relaxing! Kimono robes were also provided in the room, and the bathroom featured a convenient wet/dry separation. Overall, the room offered plenty of functional space.
The location is conveniently situated between Akihabara and Ueno. The only minor inconvenience was the uphill walk to and from the hotel, which could be a bit tiring, but it was perfect for a post-dinner stroll to digest! Just around the corner on a side street, there's a large supermarket that's great for browsing. Absolutely fantastic! It will definitely be my first choice for future visits!

Great
GGuest UserThe front desk staff speaks Chinese. The hotel is very new. Each guest receives a complimentary capsule coffee each day. The room is small but fully furnished, including furniture, appliances, tableware, a washing machine, and a dryer. It's very clean. This was the most comfortable place to stay during my trip to Tokyo. Being able to do laundry and cooking felt very homely. There's a fruit and vegetable shop and convenience store downstairs.
It's a five or six minute walk to Montbell, Uniqlo, and Art Sports. Wacoal sports bras are great on the second floor of Art Sports, and the service is excellent.

Good
JJason GC LeeThe hotel room is clean and tidy, and the service is good. What's most important is that they offer a room for 3 adults, which is rare in Tokyo. My daughter is 13 years old now, and many other hotels require us to book 2 separate rooms since they consider her an adult. However, there are two points to note about this hotel: 1) It is located a bit far from the center of Akihabara. 2) They do not provide luggage storage services after check-out.
