This is an excellent hotel located in the coty centre close to many nice restaurants of various types of food to cater for the travellers of different nationalities. Very courteous, friendly and helpful staff especially those young and friendly ladies at the Front desk. Free pick up service was provided and need to be pre arranged prior to arrival. The hotel is also equipped with laundry room and gym for its hotel guests to use at no cost. The rooms are very clean come with big TV, full toiletries, kettle. Air dryer. Breakfast is good and healthy with plenty grains. |Really enjoy my stay here.

The rooms are good, the facilities are complete, the supporting facilities are good, takeaway can be delivered to the floor, the location is excellent, close to the museum, there are many shopping malls and restaurants and snack bars around, there are also subway stations and BRT.

We stay at Conrad Urumqi for 2 nights, eventhough the room on the 1st night was very hot but Nina went above and beyond to change the room at midnight for us, 1st appreciation. Moreover, on the checking out date we have an early morning flight and again Nina prepare breakfast in a box with eggs, fruits and pastries. Very thoughtful and kind hospitality we received. Would definitely go back again if we visit Urumqi!

Facilities were very clean and nice. Initially we were given a room with strong smoke smell and it took them a while to change the room, but the new room given was much better. Staff were very friendly and let us late check out since our train was in the evening. They had bottles of water free to take which was good for dry winter weather. At the end they also provided some small freebies which was really nice of them. Overall a good stay!

Negatives: Hygiene needs to be reevaluated as the floors were actually very dirty. The shower also has orange mould where clients must stand to shower (the hotel can invest in a high pressure steam cleaner to clean it regularly). While the bed sheets are premium, the duvet is too hot for summer (consider having summer down blankets as an option).
