A special thanks to Anna at the hotel for her warm, thoughtful, and patient service during my stay. She was incredibly helpful in coordinating all my requests and responded promptly. The room was clean and comfortable, well-equipped, and offered great value for money. This is definitely my top choice for accommodation when traveling, and I'll be staying here again!

The location is convenient, just over ten minutes from the high-speed train station, and right next to the Japanese restaurant street. The room lighting is smart-sensor activated, and thoughtful amenities like hand cream, laundry detergent, and disinfectant wipes are provided. The breakfast, though small, has everything you need.

Nothing to complain about the hotel. The facilities are really good and the breakfast really worth it.

I chose the Novotel in Xinwu District for my trip to Wuxi this time, and overall, my stay was quite good – definitely worth a positive review. First off, the hotel only opened last year, so all the facilities are brand new. The lobby looks clean and impressive. The room was quite spacious with good natural light, spotlessly clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. It was quiet at night, so I got a great rest. I was also happy with the location. It's very convenient to take a taxi to popular attractions like Nanchang Street and Huishan Ancient Town. There's also a subway station nearby, making getting around hassle-free. The front desk staff were very welcoming and efficient with check-in, and their attitude was excellent. The breakfast selection was quite varied, offering both Chinese and Western options, and everything tasted delicious. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I had a very comfortable stay. I'll definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Wuxi.

The hotel's location is excellent, and parking is convenient. The room was spacious with new facilities, great service, and a huge bed. The front desk even sent up children's toys when they saw we had a child with us. We originally planned to stay one night, but seeing how good the environment was, we decided to extend our stay for another night. Even though our original room was already booked, the front desk helped us arrange to stay in the same room.

Was given an upgrade when checking in, and given a king sized bed on the top most floor. Room size was adequate and cozy, though it kinda differed from what I had seen and booked online. The superior queen room A that I had booked somehow seemed larger, and had separate shower and bathtub facilities, whilst my room only had a tub and shower combo. Anyway, the room seemed newly renovated and well maintained and clean, so no complaints there. It is conveniently located, with a subway station just right in front of the hotel, and walking distance to 2 malls with supermarkets. Staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. Breakfast was decent, though a better variety of food offered would have been preferred. All in all, a pleasant stay and experience, and this hotel will definitely be in serious consideration when I next visit Wuxi again.

Wuxi does not increase the price of the fairy hotel, the price is directly closed! In the afternoon, I just caught up with the rain. I simply soaked in the hotel and experienced the hotel service: the coffee shop is very popular, the freshly ground coffee is super aroma, we also waited for the location, ate a small hot pot at night, 380 yuan 4 people can not finish, not only affordable but also super clean, the next morning to sweat, It is also very clean, their environment is really reassuring, and it is not like the package of traditional hotels, more like a small community! The key point is to praise the service, from entering the door to leaving, every employee is warm and polite, and the details of the initiative to say hello are really a plus! Originally, I booked a room casually, but I was very popular with the service and experience. The young lady in the hot pot department said that if you are satisfied, you must give a good review. Ha, you must praise it. There are not many conscientious merchants like this. Next time you come to Wuxi, you must lock this one!

Our stay at the hotel was only 3 days and 2 nights. The receptionist greeted us with so much enthusiasm and was very kind. Since I can only understand basic Chinese, they helped me by adding me on WeChat so that if I needed anything, they would be happy to assist me. That was really thoughtful. I would definitely book and stay here again when I come back to visit Wuxi.

Hot water was plentiful in the bathroom, and the soundproofing exceeded my expectations. The breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh options, and the service staff were always readily available. Attention to detail was evident everywhere. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit and have already recommended it to my friends and family!
