Except for the air conditioner noise problem, the above should not appear in a hotel that has only been opened for more than two months. Please check yourself!

I went on a weekend vacation with my family and chose to stay at Hampton by Hilton Dongting. The hotel facilities were good in all aspects, and the front desk lady was also very enthusiastic. The experience was very good! ! I will still choose to stay next time I travel to Wuxi!

The room is clean and sanitary; the outdoor temperature is 30 degrees and the indoor air conditioning is maintained at 24 degrees; the shower room has no problem with the water volume and temperature; the room layout is a bit cramped among 5-star hotels, but it is reasonable. Facilities: The swimming pool is clean, the water temperature is about 27/8 degrees, non-standard pool, estimated to be 20*8 in size? I went there to fill the calorie gap, not to participate in a swimming competition, so it is enough for me. I didn't go to the gym. The service at the lobby front desk, restaurant, and fitness club front desk is relaxed and in line with the 5-star temperament (good reviews); most of the hotel staff have a good image (pleasing to the eye); the small hand-made gifts are very exquisite (an unexpected surprise). The location of the hotel is a bit remote, but the environment is shaded by trees and flowers, and the hardware is convenient for taxis and cars. I think the location is not important at all. eumm, breakfast...: It costs 58/portion to add breakfast at the front desk, but the breakfast feels that the Western part of the food is slightly worse and the Chinese part is barely enough. Maybe I went to eat at 9:20 and missed the wonderful part? The breakfast is not as good as that of Wuxi Grand Hotel (42/portion, I think), it’s just my personal preference.

The service was great, Conrad at the front door spoke English very well, as well as a few other staff members I came across. The hotel is elegant, and not too far from some tourist attractions for food and shopping. The gym is well equipped and quite spacious. Breakfast was overall nice, I would however recommend a few more Western choices such as bacon and fried potatoes or hash browns. The lobby area has a bar that is used as a legitimate Starbucks, which was both nice and convenient for me.

Came to Wuxi to attend a conference and stayed at Vienna, which is very close to the conference venue and very convenient; the hotel facilities are complete and the electrochromic glass is quite interesting; the front desk staff provided good service, and they were patient and enthusiastic.

The staff at the front desk are incredibly warm and attentive. Each room even comes with complimentary Yangshan sweet peaches, and there are excellent dining options in the vicinity – it's always my preferred choice for a stay. My recent experience at Yilong Hotel was absolutely fantastic, far exceeding my expectations! From the warm and professional welcome I received from the front desk upon arrival, to the meticulous and thoughtful room service throughout my stay, and the delicious meals served at the restaurant, every single aspect made me feel truly at home and incredibly welcome.

Great experience here overall. The hotel, rooms, amenities etc are clean and beautiful, and very decent for the price. The exercise room is quite small, but didn’t impact my experience very much. Location is good and convenient.
