This is a great hotel majestically located beside a subway station and opposite a street food heaven and shopping complex. This hotel is dated but it exudes greatness and warmth. All the hotel staff are very friendly, helpful , accomodative and radiates good attitude. The rooms are well decorated, spacious well equipped and comfortable. The breakfast was superb, the restaurants serve anthentic Contonese dishes and dim sum, while the fusion grill house serves great pirk chops. Looking for to bring my family to stay here during our holidays

5mins by foot from longshouyuan exit D. Staff were very friendly and went the extra mile to help me reserve a ticket to the museum. Ms Liu patiently explained my options for my itinerary when I asked. The housekeeping aunty wrote a lovely note to remind me to drink more due to the hot weather. Comfy bed, quiet room.food available just next door. Highly recommended.

Very good location, just 5 minutes walk away from the line 2 train stn: 龙首原 longshouyuan. Line 2 connects to main attractions: bell tower, Muslim quarters, 7 stops to railway stn (Xi an north). Room is clean and spacious, same as photos. Smoke free (i think it’s quite a new hotel and has good ventilation). Single bed sizing is rather big, toilet offers a shower and bath tub, atomized toilet glass (for privacy) 👍🏻 Hotel staffs are courteous

I brought my children to Xi'an for a trip. The front desk service was very good and the children were very happy. I often travel on business and staying in a hotel like this really makes me feel very comfortable. I will stay at your hotel next time I come to Xi'an. As our flight on 13 May was canceled, we decided to follow the airline’s rescheduled flight and stay at this hotel one more night. We love it here so much and would surely return if we come back to Xian.

Very satisfied with the room. I have been here before. The room is very cost-effective. It is very good to be able to stay in such a room and enjoy such service at such a price. Xiao Zhao at the front desk has always provided good service. Now there is a subway station at the door, which is very convenient to Datang Furong Garden. I hope it will get better and better.

I was very impressed by this hotel on all fronts. We arrived very early, hoping just to leave our bags and return in a few hours to check in, and the front desk staff very kindly arranged for a room to be cleaned early in order to let us check in. I have to say the customer service we received was excellent at all stages of our three night stay. The room itself was very impressive and spacious with a huge bed, luxe bathroom and electronic WC. The breakfast offering was of a good standard and the lounge area with indoor/outdoor seating had a nice ambiance. Laundry facilities were very good with fast industrial washer dryers. The gym facilities looked quite limited with only two machines but this wasn’t a concern for us. Location was fine and a one minute walk to a metro station, DiDi drop offs were also very simple right outside the hotel. I would very happily stay in this hotel again and would recommend it to travellers to Xian.

The hygiene is very good. As a sensitive skin that is prone to allergies, a dirty or dusty quilt will make me itch all over. I have lived here for five days and have no allergies at all. Just like what I saw in other people's comments, the pillow is really comfortable. The location is good. It happened to be the time for the Longshouyuan Night Market to be rectified. The stalls are not open, but it is convenient to buy anything nearby. There is a Weijia convenience store very close, and the fruits are cheap and delicious (students who don't eat spicy food should not try the secret cold noodles) The service is very enthusiastic, and the questions raised are actively helped to solve them. The lady at the front desk is so cute in a Tang suit~ The only thing I am not satisfied with is that there are still a few places to put things. There are no drawers in the whole house, but this also makes the hygiene have no dead corners. There are pros and cons. It would be better if there were more tables to put things. This address is more convenient to take the bus than the subway. If you are not in a hurry, you can try the bus. It is cheap and comfortable, and there are seats. Also, the Shaanxi History Museum and the Terracotta Warriors are must-sees. The Tang Dynasty City That Never Sleeps and the Huaqing Hot Spring are relatively average and can be visited as options. The Xi'an Museum is inside the Small Wild Goose Pagoda and can be visited as an option, but it is not on the same level as the Shaanxi History Museum.

The beautiful woman at the hotel front desk was very enthusiastic. She poured a glass of tangyuan soup for me as soon as I entered and was very friendly and comfortable. She smiled throughout the entire process, making me feel embarrassed and a little shy. The front desk also placed peppermint candies, which were sweet and delicious. In the afternoon, I couldn't wait to explore the ancient city. The little sister at the front desk introduced me to the tourist route very well. Before leaving, she brought me a bottle of water. It was so thoughtful. The staff were also very polite, clean and tidy, and the service was warm. The location of the hotel was good. In short, I was very satisfied with the entire stay, and the cost was economical, but the treatment was five-star. I really love this hotel. 11. The staff are dedicated and can handle problems in a timely manner. They put themselves in the guests' shoes and provided a very satisfactory stay. I felt the warmth of home at this hotel.
