The service was exceptional. The front desk staff proactively accommodated and adjusted our booked room type, realizing it wasn't suitable for us. The room was spacious, clean, and had excellent hot water. The facilities were modern and comprehensive, and parking was convenient. The WiFi was fast and easy to use. Transportation, shopping, and dining options are all convenient, and the breakfast was especially hearty. The elevator made it easy to carry luggage. Although located on the road, it wasn't noisy at all. It's not far from Pagoda Hill.

It was clean and the bed super comfy, but the system for taking a shower and go to the loo was weird and uncomfortable with not proper ventilation. But, it is perfect for the price

My trip to Yan'an was a success! I visited the revolutionary holy sites. However, the drivers in Yan'an really don't yield to pedestrians! I used to read comments about it and wonder, but now that I've been there myself, crossing the road is indeed a struggle. Since the hotel's parking lot is across the street, crossing back and forth really made an impression on me! The hotel was okay; I stayed in a family room which had laundry facilities and a fridge. Coming from Hukou Waterfall, I needed to do laundry, so it was quite convenient. The facilities were also decent. The 9th floor, being a high floor, required a bit of a winding path to get there. The environment was also alright, just a bit close to the train tracks, so you could hear some noise. The service was generally good, and the cleanliness was also fine. Breakfast was acceptable.

The hotel's location is excellent, near Erdao Street, making it convenient for dining. Nearby is Lei Zhen's steamed buns, which are also delicious. They also serve goat's feet and cold noodles. The rooms are clean, and parking is free. If you arrive early, you can park in the backyard, which is quite convenient. Otherwise, you'll have to park farther away. Tourist attractions are also close by, just over a 10-minute walk away, and taxi fares start at 7 yuan.
