The front desk service was excellent, and the room was clean and tidy. I'd definitely stay here again. It's super convenient for dining nearby. Highly recommend for business trips, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

My stay here was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's location is super convenient, making it easy to get around and go shopping. The room was spotless, with modern and complete facilities, making for a really comfortable stay. Frank, a member of the staff, was incredibly warm and attentive, always quick to respond and provide thoughtful service. This place offers excellent value for money, and I'll definitely choose it again on my next visit!

This hotel is located right next to the Meili Shopping Mall, across from Beijing West Railway Station. It's only a 5-minute walk to the station entrance via an underpass. The best part is the incredible price – amazing value for money! The lobby is very spacious and the overall environment is great. While the rooms aren't huge, they're fully equipped with everything you need and are clean and tidy, more than sufficient for a business trip. Downstairs, there are tons of food options, from cafes and snacks to BBQ. After visiting Beijing so many times, this is the first time I've found such a convenient hotel.

The hotel is really quiet and super close to the subway, which made getting around a breeze. I stayed for three nights and it was incredibly comfortable, offering fantastic value for money. I totally forgot to take photos of the room, so the pictures are of the lobby that I took later. Seriously, if you're coming to Beijing, you can't go wrong with this hotel!

The hotel front desk is on the second floor. The lady at the front desk was very quick with check-in. The room was clean and tidy with complete amenities. There's a water dispenser at the front desk where you can get hot water directly. Plus, there's a robot delivery service for food that brings it right to your room. Overall, it's pretty good.

Our stay at Atour Hotel Beijing West Station South Square with our child was fantastic! The location is super close to West Station, which made traveling with a kid incredibly convenient. The room's cleanliness was top-notch; the bedding was spotless and odor-free, and the vanity and bathroom were immaculate. These details really put our minds at ease. The environment was quiet and peaceful, so our child slept very well. The hotel facilities were also very thoughtful, with dedicated staff maintaining the lobby and elevators. The front desk service was warm and attentive; they proactively helped us with our luggage when they saw we had a child and patiently answered our questions about directions. Overall, the stay exceeded our expectations, and we'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we're in Beijing!

The room isn't huge, but it's fully equipped with a TV, fridge, microwave, and washing machine. The room's cleanliness was decent; the sheets were clean and tidy, and it was warm enough inside that I didn't need to turn on the air conditioning. The only downsides were the bathroom being too small and dimly lit, with some questionable cleanliness in the dark corners. There are sunny and shady-side queen rooms, and I didn't specify, so I got a shady one. The staff was quite approachable and helpful; I asked a gentleman at the front desk about the lack of signal in my room, and he had a great attitude and helped resolve the issue. For Beijing, the value for money is pretty good, quite decent for the price range.

The location is excellent, and it is very convenient to eat and drink around. The room layout is reasonable, the ventilation is very good, the hygiene is clean and refreshing, the mattress is moderately soft and hard, and the sleep is particularly stable. The service is meticulous and intimate, the price is full, and it is highly recommended.

The bus stop is right downstairs, and there are pharmacies, a health service station, a large supermarket, and a fruit stand nearby, which is super convenient. You can also find famous brands like Zhang Yiyuan, Wuyutai, Mixue Ice Cream & Tea, Daoxiangcun, Tongrentang, Ziguangyuan, Weijia Liangpi, and KFC close by, making it easy to grab food and do some shopping. The only minor downside is that it's a bit of a walk, about ten minutes, to the subway station, but you can always take the bus, which we did for getting to attractions. The free luggage storage is an absolute lifesaver; it saved us from dragging our bags everywhere. The front desk staff, both the guys and girls, were incredibly kind and gentle. I went with my mom to Beijing, and initially, I thought the bed looked small in the pictures and worried it wouldn't fit two people. But when we arrived, it was a standard double bed, perfectly fine for two. Although the room was a bit compact, there's a pull-out board under the bed where you can store an open suitcase, which is a great space-saver. For makeup, the shared bathroom area has a vanity, a makeup mirror, and a full-length mirror, plus a small tabletop mirror in the room. Even though it's a shared bathroom, I actually found it to be cleaner, and the male and female areas are completely separate. The cleaning auntie was very prompt with her tidying. They have both squat toilets and regular toilets, and the regular ones are even smart heating toilets! There's disinfectant available in the toilet area for sanitizing the seat, which is a really thoughtful touch. Hair dryers and airbag combs are provided. Each shower stall is a private, separate cubicle and features a wet/dry separation.

I came via the HSR at Beijing West and decided to just stay around the area. It looks very unassuming outside much like the area around the railway station but the room inside is very clean and feels new! The location is just a bit hard to find, but this is mostly due to how the whole Beijing West is. You have to walk across the parking lot at the north side of Beijin West to locate the hotel. Close also to the metro line and there’s an airport bus also that goes straight to PEK nearby or the train going to PKX.
