"I stayed at Jaz in the City Vienna, and I couldn’t have asked for a better location. The hotel is right in the heart of Vienna — everything is within walking distance: about 10 minutes to the Museum Quarter, 5 minutes to the main shopping streets, and there are several supermarkets nearby. They even have a rooftop bar with great views, perfect for a relaxed evening drink. I was lucky to get a room on a higher floor overlooking a quiet garden and the spires of nearby towers. Every night I slept like a baby, and every morning I woke up to a view that filled my eyes with joy — a truly peaceful start to the day. The staff truly made my stay memorable. John (or Johann, as they’d say in German) was incredibly kind and helpful — he even hand-wrote local insider tips for bars, restaurants, and famous Viennese dishes. The reception team, including a lovely young woman and a gentleman, were equally welcoming and attentive. They really made me feel at home — a true “home away from home.” The room was stylish, modern, and full of personality. I especially loved the musical touches — there’s even a disc player, and you can borrow vintage records from the lobby, which adds such a fun, nostalgic charm. If I had to mention a couple of minor issues, the water pressure in the shower wasn’t always stable, and housekeeping could definitely improve. If the housekeeping matched the reception’s outstanding service, the hotel would be absolutely flawless. Overall, I highly recommend Jaz in the City Vienna — so much so that I’ve already booked my stay for next spring. I can’t wait to go back!"

"Despite being far from the city, the hotel still offers very good location, in front of the hotel there’s a tram station that goes to the city and it is only 5 minutes walk away from train station. Room is clean and cleaned daily. The only problem is the lack of privacy in the bathroom since there are no walls. Not fit for families"

"The room was quite spacious, but the facilities were a bit basic with no place to put clothes. The location was excellent, close to the subway, and it was very clean with a comfortable bed. It was also quiet at night."

"Hotel was a bit far off Stadion station but manageable if you know the shortcut! I felt that the lights situation in the room was a little gloomy. Staff was also helpful in helping us navigate the shortcuts and the fastest way to the metro. Hotel bar and the waterfront was extremely cosy as well!"

"For spending there just 1 night after long trip from Shanghai, it was perfect place for staying. The room was okay but breakfast excellent. All staff in the hotel was supportive and delivering very good service. And I recommend to enjoy view from 6th floor rooftop 😊👍"

"The hotel is ideally located, just a stone's throw from the metro, trams, and train station. There are supermarkets, bars, and restaurants nearby. We were in Vienna's main square in less than 10 minutes. A minor disappointment was that the rooms weren't cleaned daily; we had to specifically request it. For towel changes, we always had to ask at the reception, and the clean towels were handed over at reception in front of other hotel guests. In all my years of traveling, I've never encountered something like this; they say it's for environmental reasons, but honestly, I find that hard to believe... I'm glad they offered a discount on the breakfast package because the initial €20.00 requested was truly excessive. Despite the points mentioned above, I still recommend it."

"It’s very new hotel , everything is clean and new. Great location : Vienna main train station is right downstairs and 5 mins walk to Flixbus stop, 15mins walk to Belvedere palace. Cable bus D takes 6 stops to Karntner street. Highly recommended and if will be the place to stay if I need to visit Vienna again."

"Excellent! 1. As we were traveling by car, I specifically chose this hotel for its convenient parking. The parking spots are right behind the property, which meant no need to drag our luggage into the city center. The host even made a point of highlighting the parking availability when we chatted, which was super helpful. You can also borrow bicycles from them to get into town, though it's actually not a long walk either. 2. The room was spotless, with a modern and stylish decor. The water pressure was fantastic, making for a really refreshing shower! 3. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating."

"Everything about this hotel was great, except for its location in a somewhat remote and desolate-looking neighborhood. The staff provided excellent service, and the lobby offered water, wine, and a relaxation area, which I unfortunately didn't have time to experience this trip. The room was very clean, and the bathroom was sparkling white – perfect for selfies! The facilities were comprehensive; my only minor complaint was that the hairdryer wasn't very powerful, but everything else was outstanding."
