"The rooms look exactly like the pictures and while compact, was incredibly comfortable and had everything we needed. Lighting was also great in the room and the only real issue was the water pressure seemed a bit low. Breakfast was also more than adequate for us, especially considering the price we paid. So we would highly recommend staying here. Its a bit of town but the price and value makes up for it."

"Pretty nice! Pro: - The staff are really nice, they give so many information about restaurant or event on that day. (They even write the event name and time on the paper to let us know the information) , love the attitude - room is big - location is near to central station, and other public transport like tram, bus Cons: Location is a bit far away from the Vienna city centre, need to walk by 40 minutes to city centre (u can take public transport if u like)"

"There is free parking space, you need to pay at the front desk, 20 euros/day, parking space next to the hotel, 200 meters; close to it will automatically open, if you go out, ask the front desk for a small round coin. Hotel transportation is very convenient, the price is good, it is a very good choice, if you need a quiet room, you can tell the front desk, it is better to face the non-street in the court."

"Perfect little hotel in a wonderful location in Vienna. Not far from historical sites in Vienna and well within walking distance to all of them. The Naschmarkt is just around the corner and is a must see for wonderful food. There’s also lots of grocery stores right around but the hotel doesn’t have a kitchen, so keep that in mind. They do have a small fridge they are willing to keep some items in for you, just ask the front desk. The room is nice and was cleaned daily. The walls aren’t super thick so you do hear if there are louder people in the hallway but other than that it was quiet."

"This is a lovely hotel. There’s no doubt about it however there are a couple of things that I think they need to pay attention to. We were travelling across Europe and I telephoned and emailed the hotel to ask about parking. We were told to park in the local car park at €9 per day equal in €18 for our two day stay. However, as I was at the reception, I heard the receptionist advising the guests after me that to park on the road at the weekend is free !  I did mention this to the receptionist and said I’m a little bit disappointed that I not only had called but you had emailed me to advise me to park in the parking place and it’s a point of principle really to be given the correct information, especially when an inquiry is made . The hotel is modern and clean. It also has its own bar downstairs and provides tea and coffee and a complementary bottle of water. However, on the second day there was no tea or coffee provided. When I asked the reception they did give me some tea and coffee but when I got back up to the room I realised I also didn’t have any sugar or spoons or milk! I feel that in a four-star hotel, the Fraleys they could do is to replenish the stocks if necessary . There were also no body lotion or tissues in our room. All these little details make a big difference to the comfort of a guest. Yes, we can go down to reception and request these items but the whole point is that really you just want to relax in your room when you are there .  The hotel is in a very close distance to Vienna city and was just a 10 minute underground ride (U3). "

"Facilities: Good Cleanliness: Good Ambiance: Okay Service: Good Overall, it's pretty decent, with good value for money. The main advantage is its location in an area with excellent dining options and convenient access to the subway and buses. You can also store luggage, which is a big plus for the good value. All in all, it's pretty good."

"We liked our stay at a&o Wien Stadthalle. The room was not very spacious, but that was exactly what we had chosen, so it was fine for us. Cleanliness was good and everything was in order. The location was also great — public transportation in Vienna is very efficient, so we had no problems getting anywhere. Overall, it was an ideal and comfortable stay, worth 4 out of 5."

"The hotel is located near the metro station in 4 minutes. Since the hotel is 2 stars, the room has only the most necessary things, but almost everything you need can be asked and received at the reception for a deposit (for example, a hair dryer 20 €), which is returned upon check-out"
