The complimentary shuttle service was on-call and got me to the terminal in just ten minutes, saving me the hassle of finding a taxi. The staff were all incredibly friendly and polite, patiently answering my questions about flights and storing my luggage. The room was spotless, the bedding was soft, and I slept soundly. It offers excellent value for money. This place is perfect for frequent business travelers and I highly recommend it to anyone with a layover."

"Riverside view gym, surrounded by a street full of delicious food, a prime location. The breakfast is rich, the environment is beautiful and pleasant, and the facilities are complete. Last summer, we stayed at the Habsburg for four days, and this summer, my family and I chose the Habsburg again. It's the familiar location, familiar warm service staff, and familiar breakfast taste. The hotel's breakfast and service are the biggest highlights. Breakfast is served until 12 PM, so you can eat your fill and have a good lunch. The restaurant and front desk staff are warm and attentive, always ready to help. The concierge at the front desk proactively helped with our large luggage. The consistently excellent service is commendable. Wishing the Habsburg Hotel continued success!"

"The hotel room was spotlessly clean and well-equipped with comfortable bedding. The location is excellent, with several bus lines right outside the hotel, making it super convenient to get to all the attractions. The staff were warm, attentive, and responded quickly to our needs. The hotel lobby is fresh and elegant, and they even offer afternoon tea. It was so thoughtful to be able to refresh ourselves right when we got back to the hotel after a tiring day of sightseeing."

"This is the best Hostel that I have ever stayed in. The location is right on central street (the street that is in all the stuff to do lists on Harbin). It is also only 10 minutes walking distance from the Saint Sophia's church. There is also this mall 1 minute walking distance from the front door called Euro Plaza a 7 story shopping mall with all the food and shopping you would need or want. Apart from its rooms, the hotel offers a common area and free washer dryers for its guests both of which are very clean. It also has refrigerators in the common area that it sells drinks out of, I even saw people store their food inside the right most refrigerators because there are no refrigerators in the rooms. Overall I would definitely stay here if I come back to Harbin."

"I booked this hotel for a business trip and unexpectedly needed to print some documents late at night. The front desk staff, despite it being so late, was incredibly helpful and printed quite a few pages for me. They were so warm and didn't seem bothered at all, and even printed them for free, which I felt a little bad about! This is a really great hotel with very enthusiastic staff. The small convenience store on the first floor is also good; I bought some nice snacks there. Highly recommend, I'll definitely come back next time!"

"The hotel service was absolutely top-notch! Before our arrival, they called to check on our booking, and upon hearing we had children and seniors, they kindly upgraded our room for free. They also sent us important notes and details about our benefits. They even helped us store refrigerated items for free – we had so many chilled and frozen things, it was almost embarrassing! 😂 The staff also assisted us with our luggage, which was a great help. The location couldn't be better. St. Sophia Cathedral and the Red Brick Morning Market are just a 10-minute walk away. There are only four parking spots, so I was lucky to snag one. Plus, there are free hot and cold drinks and snacks! Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets are nearby. The room was a bit on the small side, but given the excellent location, it was bearable. The in-ceiling Bluetooth speaker was a bit of a bug though; it started playing a ”cat and mouse” sound while we were trying to sleep. After calling the front desk, a staff member came to fix it very quickly. Overall, it was a good stay, mainly because the service attitude was fantastic. Highly commendable!!"

"The newly opened hotel is good, the lobby coffee drink is free to drink, and the service attitude is particularly good. I went out to play with the clothes during the day and got wet. I didn’t have time to wash the clothes. I told the front desk and then helped me wash them. We asked for a lot of ice at night. The waiter sent it several times. The service is full 💯 His breakfast tastes very good. I forgot to take pictures in the morning. We stayed for a few nights and gave a small gift when we left. Next time I come to Wuchang, I will choose this one and I have not run. There is also a night view. Awesome 👍"

"This hotel is great, it feels like staying at a relative's house in the countryside. It's a bit far from the shops as it's at the end of the village (but if you want to buy things or eat at restaurants, it's not a long walk). The location is fantastic because you open the door to beautiful mountain views. Right next door there's an activity area with a slider and ice skiing. It's not crowded, so it feels very private. There's also a waterfall near the hotel. You can spend all day at the hotel without getting bored because there are activities to do and beautiful views for photos. The hotel food is delicious, and breakfast is free. It's mainly rice porridge, eggs, pickled vegetables, and plain steamed buns. If you want other things, you can order à la carte. Hot pot is also available but costs extra. You can buy snacks or drinks at the hotel if you don't want to walk to the village shops. Prices are reasonable, and you can pay by QR code or cash. The rooms are in the same building as the lobby, so if guests in the lobby are loud, you'll hear them. I recommend booking a room further from the lobby if you want peace and quiet. The bed is wide and comfortable, not cramped. It's a heated bed. There's a hanger for clothes. There's no air conditioning in the room, but the weather is cold so it's not really needed. The only issue is when you're fully dressed, you might feel hot and uncomfortable, but it's fine once you step out of the room. The bathroom has a wet/dry separation with a curtain. The bathroom floor is a bit slippery, but the hotel provides slippers which help prevent slipping. There's no bidet spray in the bathroom, but the showerhead has a small sprayer that can be used instead. The bathroom has hot water, a heater, and ventilation. Towels are disposable. There's a toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, and a hairdryer, but no conditioner. If anything runs out, you can ask the hotel. The owner and staff are very attentive. You can book tickets for mountain activities directly with the accommodation. However, there's no signal on the mountain, so you need to bring cash or exchange money at the hotel. When going to the mountain, the hotel provides a pick-up and drop-off service, and a hotel staff member accompanies you to guide you through all the activities, making sure you have fun, haha! It's very worthwhile. Overall, it's excellent. It might not be a luxury hotel, but everything combined – the location and the beautiful views – is well worth the room price. If I come again, I'll book here."

The bathroom had a separate shower and bath, plenty of hot water, and the toiletries were of good quality. I especially want to praise the breakfast at the restaurant – there was a wide variety of Chinese and Western options, and the ingredients were fresh. They even gave me a small gift when checking out, which was a lovely touch. Excellent value for money, highly recommended!"
