The front desk staff were really friendly, and everyone I met would greet me proactively. It's super close to all the main attractions, and there's parking available for about a dozen cars on a first-come, first-served basis. We managed to get a spot both nights though, so it's great if you're driving. On the first night, the TV had no internet, so I called for maintenance the next day. They couldn't fix it, so they offered to switch our room. Since we booked two rooms together and there wasn't another room of the same type on our floor, the front desk upgraded us to a better room on the same floor. Definitely worth coming back!

I rarely visit Harbin, and this trip was a short one. After a lot of deliberation, I chose the Ocean Ritz. For someone as picky as me, everything from the breakfast quality, service attitude, and hygiene to the facilities was excellent. The afternoon tea had a great ambiance, and there were fresh welcome fruits every day. The front desk even upgraded my room, which was really nice. The location is incredibly close to Central Street, and you can walk about 1km to St. Sophia Cathedral. Finally, I have to say the decor of this Ritz is superb, and all the staff members are wonderful. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Harbin.

Parking is very convenient, the location is excellent, and the conditions are all great. The service in all aspects is very thoughtful, and there's even an afternoon tea experience with a wide variety of items. The facilities are very comprehensive. I'll definitely bring my family here again next time.

One hundred praises wouldn't be enough for the Junyi Courtyard Scenery Hotel! During my four-night stay in Harbin, the service at this hotel wasn't just 'good'—it was 'like family.' Every staff member, from those at the entrance and front desk to the restaurant, bar, and housekeeping, greeted us with warmth and enthusiasm. We had an early morning flight and needed to leave the hotel around 7 AM, but the hotel restaurant's normal breakfast service starts at 7:30 AM. We had already resigned ourselves to going to the airport on an empty stomach. The night before, when we asked the front desk, a female staff member said she would try to arrange something. The next morning, a tall male staff member gently knocked on our door, informing us that three bowls of beef noodles were ready downstairs and asking if we needed help with our luggage. This truly made us feel what 'customer-centric' service means. The continuous, all-day dining care, beyond this special breakfast, also left us extremely satisfied. The rich breakfast allowed us to start our day feeling energized. Even better, the complimentary afternoon tea (milk tea, snacks, desserts, fruits) from 11 AM to 7 PM meant that every time we returned from the freezing cold, we could immediately get warm and refuel. After 9 PM, there was also a late-night snack service (like wontons). When my family member fell ill, a female and male staff member very thoughtfully brought some up to our room—it was incredibly heartwarming. The hotel also has a complimentary self-service laundry room, complete with detergent, which was already a big plus. But what made it even better was when the cleaning auntie saw us carrying a pile of laundry. She immediately and enthusiastically offered, ”Give it to me, no problem, I'll help you wash and dry it!” We returned that evening to find our clothes neatly placed in our room. This proactive attitude, genuinely wanting to help guests solve their problems, made us feel as if we were being cared for at home. During the Christmas season, the hotel also prepared lovely little Christmas gifts for children, making the holiday cheer absolutely full. For families traveling with kids, this hotel is sincerely recommended!

The hotel boasts an excellent location, being close to both the morning and night markets, as well as several important riverside attractions. Dining and shopping options are also very convenient. The rooms are spacious with a practical layout, and basic amenities were mostly in place. As Heihe's morning market is quite famous, we opted not to have breakfast at the hotel, so I can't comment on that. However, the cleanliness was not up to par; there were small flying insects in the room, likely coming up from the drain. The service also left much to be desired. Not only did they fail to accommodate our request for a room away from the elevator, but they assigned us a room right by the elevator entrance, citing room type as the reason. Later, we discovered that rooms of our booked type were indeed available further from the elevator. Furthermore, to borrow an umbrella, we had to pay a 50 deposit per umbrella. While it was refunded immediately upon return, it still left a slightly unpleasant feeling for a hotel guest.

I highly recommend this airport hotel! I was worried about catching an early flight, but the hotel's free shuttle service completely put my mind at ease. I pre-booked the time, and the driver was waiting punctually at the terminal entrance. The ride only took a few minutes, so there was no need to rush at all. I also have to praise the front desk service; when I checked in, the staff proactively asked about my flight time and thoughtfully reminded me about breakfast hours and shuttle details. They were patient and thorough throughout, which made me feel really welcome. The room was clean and tidy, and the value for money is excellent. I was traveling in Harbin and suffered from back pain, so I checked into your hotel. During my stay, the service provided by front desk staff member Shen Qi made me feel incredibly warm and touched. From the moment I checked in, Shen Qi proactively showed concern for my condition. Not only did she arrange to change my room to one with a firmer bed that was better suited for rest, but she also thoughtfully prepared fruits and snacks for me. Later, she even took the initiative to coordinate delivery of my takeout directly to my room, saving me the trouble of moving around while I was unwell. This level of personalized care, going above and beyond her duties, truly made me, a sick traveler far from home, feel the warmth and comfort of family. I brought my mom shopping this time, and to make it convenient, I booked a Shangri-La river view room. The location is absolutely fantastic; it's easy to walk to great places for dining and shopping nearby. Both the front desk and restaurant staff were very professional and excellent. They even upgraded my room this time. Although the facilities are a bit dated, I've actually grown to prefer hotels like this in recent years – the prime location and views combined with a sense of historical charm are wonderful.
