Stayed at Pai Hotel near Sofia Church and Central Street and it was a solid choice. Location is excellent for sightseeing, and getting around by Didi is easy. Staff were patient and helpful during check-in, even using a translator app. Room was simple but clean with daily housekeeping. Lobby has free hot water, a microwave, and luggage storage. Heating was good during winter. Just note that rooms facing the train can be noisy.

We recently stayed at this hotel in Harbin and had a generally positive experience. The location is excellent—just a short 10-minute walk to the beautiful Saint Sophia Church Cathedral, which made exploring the city very convenient. It was especially convenient for us as we took an early morning bus to Volga Manor. Even in -20°C near Saint Sophia, getting to our bus stop was easy thanks to the hotel's location. We would like to specially mention the front desk staff on 3rd January. Although she didn’t speak English, she was extremely helpful and tried her best to assist us with navigation, which we really appreciated. The housekeeping team cleaned our room every day. They didn’t make the bed, leaving it as we had left it, which may have been the hotel’s policy, but everything else was kept clean and tidy. Overall, the hotel was comfortable, conveniently located, and staffed with helpful people—definitely a good choice for visiting Harbin.

This hotel is really cozy! In the lobby, they offer a variety of complimentary fruits and snacks, and there are sofas if you need to rest. You can even try on traditional floral cotton-padded jackets for a fun photo op. The staff at check-in were very polite. Since I'm a light sleeper, they thoughtfully assigned me a room not facing the street, and it was genuinely quiet. I slept soundly for both nights. They even gave me a heads-up that if guests in an adjacent room were noisy, I could contact them, and they'd handle it. The room had good heating and was very clean. The carpeted floor made walking super quiet. Plus, they offer free water refills – just go to the front desk when you've finished yours. The location is excellent, very close to Central Street and the subway station, making transportation really convenient. When I checked out, they even gave me a farewell gift. It was truly heartwarming, felt just like coming home!

I highly recommend the Hanting Hotel Gogol Street! The lobby is clean and stylish, and the rooms are spacious, bright, and odor-free. The facilities are complete and well-maintained, and the toiletries are of good quality. The staff are attentive and respond quickly to requests. It's also convenient for dining and shopping nearby. It's absolutely perfect for both leisure and business travelers. Five-star rating is a must!

I stayed for three days and am heading back to Ningbo tonight. The housekeeper on the sixth floor is incredibly diligent and responsible; I really appreciate her hospitality. The front desk staff were also very nice and patiently helped me with all my issues. The location is excellent, just about 100 meters from the subway exit. It's a maximum 10-minute walk to the Red Brick Morning Market, and only two or three minutes to Central Street and the Songhua River, with Parkson right next door. Another minute or two from Central Street brings you to Zhaolin Park. It's a 2-3 km taxi ride to Sun Island and the Polarland, and less than 20 minutes to the Ice and Snow World. Tongjiang Avenue has tons of delicious and affordable food, we ate dinner there all three nights. Besides being super, super cold, Harbin has no other issues; the food, drink, and entertainment are all fantastic! 👍

Staying at the Mercure Harbin Central Street Sophia during my trip to Harbin was absolutely the right choice! I'm extremely satisfied! 🌟 Convenient Location: Just two blocks ahead is Central Street, leading directly to the Madieer Ice Cream Shop and the popular Russian restaurant Tados, about a 5-minute walk. One block behind is St. Sophia Cathedral and Daoli Vegetable Market, perfect for both dining and sightseeing, also a 5-8 minute walk. If you want to visit the Red Brick Morning Market, it's about a 12-minute walk. In the morning, you can also pass through Central Street before the crowds, which offers a unique charm. Harbin weather can be quite cold, so being able to easily return to the hotel to rest and recharge when tired is incredibly important, and this hotel's location is perfect for that! 🌟 Hotel Service: The service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive! The front desk staff were all very enthusiastic, generous with complimentary souvenirs, and went out of their way to meet our needs, always considering things from a traveler's perspective. The breakfast was rich and varied, with fresh food and freshly squeezed juices – you can really eat your fill and eat well! The housekeeping aunties were also warm and polite. I ordered water for the room, expecting a wait, but it arrived in less than a minute! The hotel has robots that can deliver takeout to your room, so you can enjoy popular hot dishes without leaving. The room was perfectly equipped with a humidifier, air purifier, and earplugs – attention to detail was exceptional! If I come to Harbin again, I will definitely choose Mercure Hotel. This experience truly exceeded the price, and I'll be recommending this hotel to my friends! 😚

The hotel facilities are well-equipped, and the location is excellent for getting around. The complimentary breakfast is delicious, featuring authentic Northeastern Chinese dishes that cater to a wide range of tastes. What's really great is the free parking available in the hotel's backyard, which is incredibly rare and a huge plus in the central street area. This is a real boon for anyone traveling by car. I highly recommend this hotel; the overall service is fantastic.

Yiyi Homestay is the best I've ever stayed at. The front desk staff are incredibly helpful and welcoming; they even stored our luggage for free. The location is perfect – just a few steps from Daoli Market (a morning and evening food street), and St. Sophia Cathedral and Central Street aren't far either. There's also the New 100 Mall, an underground shopping area, Yibinzhi Home downstairs, and the KFC next door is a must-try (coming from a Malaysian baby 👶)! If you're still cold, don't be shy to ask for a heater. They even offer to lend money if your WeChat Pay runs out – I'm so grateful for Ruoyi's incredible service! The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable, just as pictured, with city views from the window, including St. Sophia Cathedral, which is stunning at night. You'll never be short of places to eat. Diagonally opposite the Central Street subway 🚇, there are many fruit stalls with fresh selections. Across from the fruit stall, there's an underground eatery – I highly recommend the black rice porridge for only RMB 3, along with other authentic local delicacies at great prices.
