Reception and staff, shuttle bus etc. Were very helpful, welcoming and friendly. Hotel very clean, food limited menu but lovely food. Shuttle bus fantastic. No other amenities. Bar was awaiting delivery of draft and bottled beer for 3 days so we had to go somewhere else for a drink. We had booked late check out and were woken up by housekeeping early, explained we had late check out but were woken again by phonecall from Reception asking us to vacate room, it took me to go to reception with proof to which the woman responded 'oh it must be on other server' ??????? Why wasn't it checked then? Completely disorganised. I spent the time I paid for late check prooving I'd paid for it??????? No apologies! Very disappointed. So no drinks or explanation as to why they had let it run out if as they said hotel was 'booked out' that weekend so they should have made sure they had stock and absolutely no regard into what I'd booked and paid for! Really felt sorry for ground staff as management should take responsibility for these issues instead of letting the staff at hotel get burdened with management mistakes! Very let down with mis information and not very good management skills and planning for their visitors stays!

Would love to give this hotel a 5 star excellent, but in fairness to the hotel, a large group of guests arrived with about every lamborghini, maclaren, and ferrari sport car in existance who were very noisy. Now don't get me wrong I love.the sound of fast cars, but running down the corridor at 2 in the morning and yelling ” is it this way?”. Then being woken up at 6am with people doing the same thing I considered a bit unsocial. So really the.hotel is great, fantastic breakfast, comfortable room and the restaurant is fantastic. It gets let down by guests. Oh the pool and spa were worth.the extra cost. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Staff are friendly and helpful, especially Vas. Some rooms are a little dated and could do with a freshen up but overall are clean and comfortable. Restaurant is convenient with good choice of food and drinks, but services are right next door if you just want something quick and easy. Small gym on site too and massage chairs for a bit of relaxation. Convenient location just off the M5, close to M4 and M49 and close to Bristol Airport.

What more could you ask for? Beautiful b&b set in the picturesque countryside of Bristol, 2 minute walk from a regular bus service stop that gets you into the city centre in half an hour for £2! There's a 24hr garage over the road for any last minute needs. The rooms are clean, well thought out and beautifully decorated. We loved the Velux blinds that opened up to give you a fantastic view of the fields and countryside beyond. The wet room shower/bathroom in the ensuit was a great addition to. To top off our wonderful stay, I messaged the owner to ask if I could pay for a later check out and received a prompt reply to offer us an extra hour on the house! 10/10 all round

Booked this accommodation to stay in following a late flight into Bristol airport. We arrived at 01.00 the instructions for finding the accommodation and our room were easy to follow. The room was comfortable and warm as were the 2 single beds. The room is not somewhere I would stay for longer than 1 or 2 nights as there was no hanging or wardrobe space. Shower was good and the usual toiletries and towels were to hand, including flannels which makes life easier when you are packing again. We would certainly stay there again either before or after an early morning flight from the airport. Most importantly the goat is friendly
