Hotel is located over the lake, next to a really pretty walking path. Building is modern and clean, with free outdoor parking. Terrain is not large though- the outdoor space is pretty much only a wooden deck and a tiny beach. Staff was very friendly. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Pool has a view lake. I enjoyed breakfast full of local high quality products. Reasonable price for the quality. I fully recommend this hotel.

I'm delighted to share that my stay at Best Western Plus Hotel Olsztyn Old Town was truly enjoyable! The hotel's prime location in the heart of Olsztyn's historic district allowed me to explore the charming surroundings with ease. The comfortable accommodations, attentive service, and the chance to indulge in the local cuisine made my experience memorable. I appreciate the quality and hospitality that Best Western is known for, and I look forward to returning in the future.

I expected a lot of good after hotel 4*... Unfortunately we were only satisfied with the hotel restaurant (food, drinks, great service) The room is large but very dark. The padded padded (minus also for the designer for choosing the padded padded padded strips that make the man twist in the head). The pillows were the drama ...the whole filling rolled. They were unable to sleep on. I remind you that this is a hotel 4*, where the night costs a lot of money, so the customer expects a specific standard. The bathroom was clean, nice and big, but I think there was a problem with ventilation, because after a 5-minute shower, the whole was evaporated, including the floor on which the fear was to stand, for fear of slipping. After turning the water the whole washing machine was sucked plus man too. Breakfast hotel approx. Although we did not wait for the promised sandwich on the road that the hotel network offers. We waited 30 minutes, no one at this time completed the absence despite the notification. We couldn't wait any longer. On the plus, the hotel is hosting guests with animals. Minus, taking a fee for them, offers nothing in exchange. For example, other hotels of the same standard have prepared bowls for dogs, towels for animals in case of weather or even a door hanger with information that there is an animal in the inside. I don't know how on other floors, but the 4th floor corridor is definitely suitable for renovation. dirty walls, padding, and some places its losses. The hotel offers parking spaces, but with more coverage there is a problem with their availability. This is not a problem, because you can park in public places throughout Starówka. We have not used the SPA zone. To sum up, if it weren't for the hotel 4*, I wouldn't have accommodated anything. However, when choosing a high-standard hotel, a fairly high price is expected to provide a service at the appropriate level.

I stayed here for 4 nights and enjoyed it. I was out of the hotel most of the day anyways seeing family and friends in the area, but my time spent there was nice. The rooms are a little dated but not necessarily in a bad way. They're spacious with quite a bit of storage in the room. Compared to the bedroom, the bathroom in my room was very modern with a great shower and some included cosmetics which were full size. The Wi-Fi was good. When I spoke to the woman at the front desk asking for a taxi she was polite and made small talk. Some small things, like plug sockets near the bed and close to the city centre was nice. Overall, a great stay for a great price.

I was racing at the EU Age Group Triathlon Champs in Olsztyn at the end of May and stayed in Hampton with my husband and my parents. We had two corner rooms that were spacious with a large terrace. Unfortunately, we didn't get to enjoy the terrace as it was too cold (rainy and windy) but the views were lovely, overlooking the city. The rooms were modern and clean. I particularly appreciated the fridge, the kettle, and the underfloor heating in the bathroom :) The staff was welcoming and attentive. Breakfast was included in our stay. There was a great buffet selection and a decent breakfast coffee! Twice we opted for a buffet dinner (that I believe was a special setup for the triathletes) and we had an a la carte menu on one other occasion. The a la carte menu was much more worth it than the buffet (mostly because of the price) but it was a nice touch from the hotel to organise something like that for the athletes. I went to the gym the day after the race, which is located on the top floor (I enjoyed the views and the vibe). It was well equipped for simple weight training, and cardio and there was also room for a body-weight workout. Lastly, the hotel is conveniently located in the city center, which for us meant 10 min drive to the race location (Plaża Miejska). I'd say that the location is absolutely perfect for city center visits (there is also a large shopping center and a sports center within walking distance) but perhaps not ideal if you are going to the lake(s). For us, it worked out fine as we were able to drive, but I can imagine it could have been a challenge if we didn't have a car.
