"Located inside the station, very good. No chance to control My own room temperature is something that i m somewhat now satisfying. Got a window that cannot open. Good for viewing, but, cannot open the let the cold winds flow into my room. Yet, hotel air-con is centralised. It means the hotel management decided if today is cold or not. U DON get to decided. Check out photos below as proof. They send in an extra one fan for me, since I complained not cold enough. Photo shown. Other than the temperature, all is good. Many convinient store around. That I know of, Family, 7, lawson. Even McD is not far Supermarket and a small food court is also inside/atttach with toyohashi station. Big table, good. Room space.. . Not quite remembered if I leave my luggage open or not. But, judging from the photo, I must close it after done with my luggage. ( my trip have multiple hotel) Not bad for a big window for night view 2."

"I'm in my late fifty years on my way back from the Central International Centrair Airport. It's a building with a Showa feeling, but it's a review. I think it's good personally to make you feel retro. There are lobby and rooms, and the staff are normal. I was able to spend comfortably. The difficulty is that the stairs leading to the underground public bath from the side of the lobby, the passageway may be too dark and quiet to be scary ... I hesitated to enter because the lights were out to make it a meeting place in the free break room in front of the bathroom entrance. The breakfast venue was on the top floor, with a good view and a rich menu menu, and I had a delicious and comfortable meal (almost a window seat) I want to see the amusement park next to the hotel. I walked after checking out and enjoyed the ride. ホテル と Buildings on the horizontal side of Xuanxuan に Resident Parking があります (the people who are staying are not expected) I felt like there were fewer parking lots for the number of rooms. Is the parking space also made in the old days ... It was a vehicle a few months after the new car was delivered, so I was likely to be able to punch the door in the next vehicle, so I parked at the second white line from the back of the corner ... but! is it still your employee's car? A light car was parked on the lawn of the parking lot from the front to screw it in, and my car was okay? I was a little excited. "The hotel's location is great, right across from JR Nagoya Station, and there are tons of food options nearby. The downsides are that the room is small, the bed is 1.2m, and the soundproofing isn't great. There's an all-you-can-eat BBQ place for 5500 yen per person, a chain unagi (eel) restaurant for 4500 yen, and a Ton-yama ramen shop for 1000 yen. I highly recommend all three – you won't be disappointed! Finally, a word about dynamic pricing (or 'big data price gouging' as I see it): I checked the hotel price a day before and it was over 400, but then I saw it for just over 300 at 3:50 PM on the day itself. That's a 100 difference – what a rip-off! 😭😭"

"Our family of 5 booked the room with an open air bath this January 2025. We definitely enjoyed our stay. The bath was warm and nice despite the windy and cold weather. The room/s were beautiful, the view of Ise Bay (especially at sunset) was spectacular, and the food was great, especially the dinner. The staff were really accommodating and nice, they even helped us book a taxi to the airport after we checked out. For those traveling to Shuku Kaifuu by public transportation, I recommend giving them a call before checking in so they could arrange a pick up service from Utsumi (train) station."

"The room size is big enough and we cant find any hotel have such a size in Nagoya. All the staff are polite and able to communicate in English. This is exceptional compared to my experience in OMO... in Osaka where I needed to use Google translation app for communication. If you really want me to say any room for improvement, I would advice that the cleaning service. This is not about the 3 days deeping cleaning policy. It is about the slippers where they all threw under the seat or table. And I can also find that there are tissue or snacks under the table after cleaning. Anyway, I like this place and will definitely consider it again next time when I visit Nagoya."

"The front desk was very welcoming The room is spacious enough to open two boxes and have plenty of room to move around. "the ac was hot in the night, really hot. it's central ac, so we can't changed the temperature. there is no water to drink at all. the other hotel we stayed gave us mineral water / tap water that can be drink. the amenities : there wasn't sanitary bag on the toilet."
