I love this hotel but needs much improvement and needs better facilities in the hotel and breakfast needs to improve and WiFi is awful bad, the bedroom floors needs to be cleaned more often and cleaning laundry needs to be more cheaper for service in my opinion. Honesty is best service in this hotel with excursions are a tourist trap unfortunately

The location of this hotel is excellent — just a 5–7 minute walk to the beach and about 10 minutes to the marina. The rooms are standard but clean, with most offering pleasant views of the pool and seafront. Unfortunately, the service and guest experience fall short of expectations for a 4-star hotel. Upon check-in, no information was provided regarding hotel amenities, Wi-Fi access, or room facilities. There was no welcome pack or in-room directory. Wi-Fi details had to be requested separately. The hotel does not offer room service, which is unusual for its rating. The bathroom in our room had a faulty shower screen, leaving the floor soaked after use. When I requested fresh towels from the front desk, I was met with an unhelpful attitude and told that towels would only be replaced during daily room service. However, on one occasion, our room was not serviced at all — the cleaners claimed they had done so, which was untrue. Even after reporting this to reception, only the bedding was changed; the rest of the room was untouched, and rubbish from the previous guest remained in the bathroom bin. Overall, the front desk and cleaning staff lacked warmth and professionalism, and communication was poor. While not speaking English is understandable, the unwillingness to assist guests is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. Staff training in customer service would be highly beneficial. On a cultural note, this is a family-oriented hotel. Visitors from Western countries should be aware that, as Morocco is an Islamic country, some local guests may react with disapproving looks toward certain behaviors or attire.

Rooms with Oceanview were equipped with sound resistant glass. Mrs. Mariam, the header of house keeping responds to guests needs in& Out hotel with cheerful faces. Lovely clean apartment and within the building it's self. Very convenient for grocery shops and restaurants. A 20min walk took you to the beach. Highly recommend and would stay again😁👍

Nice hotel and staff despite the inconvenience on our arrival because of the booking agency, I strongly recommend the hotel (food to be improved, with more traditional dishes)

The hotel is worth the money. It's very conveniently located, with everything within walking distance. The staff is friendly and helpful, from the receptionist to the maids (they brought a hairdryer and extra soap). The breakfast is continental, and every wish is fulfilled. There are no bedbugs or cockroaches. It's clean, cleaned daily, and there are fresh towels. If you're going to Agadir to party and aren't looking for a meal, this is the place to be.

We booked this hotel temporarily when we were transiting from Marrakech to Agadir. Service: The hotel service was very good. We checked in at 2 a.m. and the staff was still waiting for us on the roadside. Facilities: The decoration is very much like a warm little home, and I feel more comfortable than the beach hotel. However, the hot and cold water for the shower in room 314 where we stayed was connected in reverse. The hot water didn't come out for a long time. I called the staff over at 3 a.m. and he helped me turn it to the other side, laughing. By the way, this hotel does not have a beach, and there is a small running water installed indoors. If you pursue the beach, you can stay in ocean blub, the beach is cleaner
