Hotel is extremely nice and is well maintained. Room was nice and clean with the exception of the big window overlooking the city had hand and face prints on it for the entire week stay. It didn’t seem like the carpet was vacuumed either. Everything else was clean and cleaned daily.

The biggest regret is that the shower in the bathroom is on the head, which is very inconvenient and the water is uneven! The rest of the room is very good. The hotel is surrounded by the high-end community of Chihuahua. Shopping and eating are very convenient and safe. The air conditioning in the room is very good, the cool breeze is very strong!

The room is big and the location is good. There are many facilities, and there are shopping malls around. It is about 100 yuan by bus from the airport. There is unlimited tea and coffee in the lobby, and there is also an ice machine.

Breakfast has Mexican rolls, or ham, too few types, completely unaccustomed to eating. Great looking hotel only issue we had was the water in the shower the first night had no pressure and the next day the shower water was freezing cold. Tried everything to get warm water but never did get the warm water out of the shower.
