Clean and comfy room and toilet. Polite and helpful staff as well who helped us with catching the airport shuttle bus. Good location and near Kaihimmakuhari Station, and a short walk away from an AEON mall. There was also a nice Christmas tree and other decorations at the lobby. One thing to note is that they will photocopy your credit card as a form of deposit.
It's a little walk from Chiba Station (7-8 minutes), but it's a nice hotel. The large public bath was also very clean and I was very satisfied. The room wear is separate, so it won't come undone even if you sleep in an awkward position. The nearest convenience store is a 2-3 minute walk away. There is no parking lot, but there is a 24-hour fixed-rate coin parking lot nearby, so it's not a problem.
Was an ok hotel for 1 night as we stayed. Main guests seem to be business or people staying 1 night tonor from Narita Airport. Airline crew also stay there. Rooms need a massive reno. Had an odor or musty or mildew / damp smell. A/C is centrally controlled, so the room gets hot and cold without notice. The bonus of having a Family Mart built in was great.
This hotel is OLD
Pool needs a Reno, but overall 5/10 for clean.
The food selection was extensive, and the surroundings were beautiful. Our sea-view room was spacious, and the hot springs were incredibly relaxing. After a good soak, a variety of refreshing drinks were available, making for an incredibly satisfying experience.
There was a large bath with sauna so I was able to relax. From the rooftop, I could see the night view of the city. The air was clear so I could see the Skytree. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and was very delicious. I was happy that they also provided cups for taking coffee home. I would like to use it again.
The main purpose of this trip is to go to Makuhari to see the exhibition. I chose to stay in Soga mainly because it is close to the seaside Makuhari Station. It is only a few stops away. It saves a lot of time compared to traveling back and forth from downtown Tokyo. The hotel is also easy to find. Soga Five minutes walk from the station.
The hotel room size is considered medium by Japanese standards. The hardware is clean, but it has a sense of age. Soga Station is a JR station. There are convenience stores and restaurants near the station. I don't think there is a big shopping mall. It is far inferior to Chiba Station. Far away, relatively deserted.
I booked breakfast for Yen 1,800. It was convenient and the food quality was OK.

Spacious rooms, a rarity in Japan 😂, plus beautiful sea views! Excellent value for money!
We stayed here because we were going to Disneyland the next day. It's less than a 5-minute walk to catch the Disney Resort Line monorail to the park, and you can even see the Disneyland fireworks from the hotel at night.
Facilities: Quite new. Although the room doesn't provide free bottled water, there are water and ice dispensers on every floor.
Cleanliness: Very clean.
Environment: Pretty quiet, not noisy. There's a Lawson convenience store on the ground floor where you can buy things.
Service: At breakfast, staff were on hand to guide guests queuing for the buffet, which was very orderly.

Facilities: The bathroom setup was excellent with a separate shower and toilet. The room itself was also quite spacious.
Cleanliness: Housekeeping provided a basic clean daily, and the room felt generally tidy.
Service: The staff were very helpful and friendly. Even with just basic English, communication was not an issue.
There's a complimentary shuttle bus service to Maihama Station. From Maihama, Disneyland is within walking distance, but reaching DisneySea requires a monorail transfer, which costs 600 JPY per person for a round trip.
The Disney store located downstairs closes at 9 PM. The hotel's convenience store was also quite expensive and had a limited selection of goods. A better option is the Lawson convenience store located downstairs at the nearby Hilton hotel, which offers more reasonable prices.

The room was excellent. It was impeccably clean; even behind the TV was spotless. The room was well-equipped with a bathtub, a stool, and a small basin. There's a complimentary shuttle bus to Disneyland, and you can simply wait for it right outside the entrance. The service was exceptional. We arrived at 12 PM, and the staff kindly allowed us to check in early. They thoughtfully used a translator to inform me about the breakfast location and time, as well as the shuttle bus schedule. Both the air conditioning and the surrounding area were quiet. The breakfast was varied and delicious, and the service was excellent. It's about a 10-minute ride to Disneyland, and the subway station is also nearby. I can personally confirm that the service was excellent, contrary to what some negative reviews might suggest.
This resort was very nice and big. Me and my boyfriend wanted to get away from the city but also be close by the airport (NRT), so this was a good compromise. I loved that the hotel offers a free shuttle to the airport and there is a bus that goes from Tokyo station to the hotel. Although that ride is not free, it was a single ride to get there. The hotel has a nice hot springs (both inside and outside)! It was really nice to relax at the end of the night. They have a coffee shop and restaurant within hotel and a smaller more casual restaurant before entering the hot springs. Overall my trip was great! But it is a little hard to find things around the area to do if you plan to stay for a long period of time. I was able to find a claw machine place nearby, but there is also small claw machines outside the hot spring area.

GGuest UserWhat a place to stay !! For a first Onsen style capsule pod hotel, this blew all expectations out the water. Massage facilities as well as electric massage chairs, study/work nooks, a shop, and four restaurants to cater any craving needs. Remove your shoes immediately and place them in a locker (located to the right when you enter the hotel). Exceptionally clean facilities, the onsen has numerous washing areas, a cold plunge pool, Sauna (90-100°C), Jacuzzi bath, three mineral hot baths, and outdoor hot bath, plus Ion bath. The Onsen is open until 1am and is busy from 5pm-10pm daily.
Massages start from around 2000¥
Sleeping pods are spacious, although the lockable lockers within the pods are around 9 inches deep. There’s a hanging rail, and beside the sleeping area you’ll find a TV, power outlet, and standard USB charging point.
Access: The hotel is located on the 1st floor. Use the outdoor escalators beside the bus terminal. There’s a McDonalds plus various other eateries and shops within the shopping mall, including a supermarket that sells everything from lighting, small/large electronics, and bicycles.
If you’re visiting Makuhari Messe like I did, Uber will cost you 2000-3000¥ each way - taking around 10 minutes in peak hour traffic.
The local staffed train station is located beside the Bus Terminal, providing decently quick access into Tokyo.
Staff were extremely friendly, smiling, and always happy to help.
There is a smokers lounge room within the hotel.
SSophieB123Brilliant stay here. Took longer than expected to extend my stay, think the front desk employee needed more support to understand my request.
Breakfast included, tried 3 different restaurants across my stay. The more popular ones are more popular for a reason: they have more choice but beware of longer queue times, especially if you want to get into the parks for opening.
View of the parks was great, you can see so much and the monorail goes past too!
Super location for the parks, down the hill and across the road and you’re at the monorail. Dont bother waiting for the shuttle bus up to the hotel from the station unless you have luggage, mobility issues or do not walk to walk a single step further (you will wait more time on the bus than it will take you to walk).

MM279877****This hotel is a decent option if you need to catch an early flight. The shuttle service was prompt and efficient. The room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable, although you could definitely feel its age. The bathroom, however, was quite outdated 🤣, and the toiletries and amenities were pretty much on par with a budget hotel. On the bright side, the towels and bath towels were surprisingly good quality.
SShenyouThis room offers incredible value for money. It's right across from the subway exit, just a short walk over the pedestrian bridge. Despite being so close to the subway, it's surprisingly quiet. They also have a very convenient shuttle service. The value is truly unbeatable! Plus, there are two shopping malls nearby, so you have plenty of options for dining, drinks, and shopping. However, the ramen at the restaurant pictured here was exceptionally salty.
