The hotel is a 5* hotel quality. From comfort, food, cleaning and service. This is especially for the children of the reception and service in the pool. Super good water and the comfort that is located in the hotel is to be grateful.

Pleasant stay in this hotel. It is designed in a quite modern and stylish way coming with good amenities. Breakfast was sufficient for me (as I’m usually not a big breakfast eater). All the staffs were helpful and friendly. Only the con is that I encountered their argument scenes twice in a row, in a same day… you don’t want to see or hear loud arguments by employees first in the morning at breakfast, 7am! Please be more mindful of the guest and do not show it. I didn’t feel good about it, so I cannot give full 5 stars, otherwise I liked the stay and would love to come back.

We had a wonderful two-night stay at Quinta de Sao Luis. The property is well located and surrounded by the vineyards. The room offers a nice view. Breakfast is delicious. However, the price for dinner is a bit pricey compared to the quantity of food.

Very nice hotel, very good location, very good breakfast, very good rooms. Rating from zero to ten = 8.5. One small drawback: as the building is renovated, you can hear the guests on the upper floor walking. The reading room is spectacular. Apart from that, the hotel is very good.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city centre, in the heart of the city centre. The coffee is very bad, unforgiving in Portugal and in a establishment of this level.

The front desk helped contact the car rental company and described my situation in Portuguese! Since I had local insurance, the rental company arranged for a trailer to handle it and arranged for a taxi to take us to Porto airport to change!

Extensive work being carried out meant noise throughout the hotel. Every time we needed reception we had to wait for staff to return. On the plus side, the restaurant staff were excellent.
