The road in Bursa was steep and narrow, and by that time we didn't know how to enter the parking lot, and the staff took the initiative to help us drive to the parking lot. Very close to the Grand Mosque, there are many delicious and cheap restaurants nearby.

I recently stayed here for 2 nights, and everything was fantastic. The apartment was easy to find using Google Maps, and it offers free parking conveniently close to the main entrance. The owner was very helpful and even assisted us with bringing our luggage to our room, which made our arrival so much easier. The apartment was clean, the bed super comfortable, and it was well-equipped, making for a very comfortable stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience

Ahmet the receptionist was very polite,friendly smile,good attitude👱🏻👍🏻 I need tissues and cutlery,delivery to the room was very fast🚀 The room was clean✨🛌✨ No refusal to check out an hour late⏰🥰 This is my first trip to Turkey as a woman, I feel the very good service attitude of the Turks. It's very near to Ulucami where I guess the most visit worthy point of the Bursa since all those shops around it include silk shops. The room was very clean and the bathroom was good. The only problem is the bed was smaller. I guess even if I paid for two beds they wrongly gave me one bed it wasn't fit for two people to sleep comfortably. Their breakfast is average but terrace view during the breakfast was hilarious.

I would never have thought that the hotel would be this clean. It is absolutely very good, from the sparkling clean room to the beds, from the corridor to the bathrooms and toilets. I read in the comments that the breakfast should be improved, but it is not relevant, they make a breakfast plate per person, everything is plentiful, we were 4 adults and 1 child, we will definitely come back. The only negative was the eggs at breakfast were over-boiled 😃😂 Thank you very much tok epik hotel, see you next year 🤗
