Deux backpackers en voyage pour 2 mois en Afrique de l'est, nous avons trouvé dans cet hôtel un accueil particulièrement agréable, les gens très souriants, un lieu paisible pres de la gare routière. Ils ont gardé nos sacs pendant que nous étions en safari. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement !!! Très bon prix, Wi-Fi et petit-déjeuner compris. Merci à toute l'équipe !

The staff were very friendly and helped to organize the transport to Kilimanjaro airport. The driver was extremely kind and friendly. The rooms were also quite clean. I had an issue with some noise from the AC units in my room, also the wifi does not really work in the room, making it very difficult to contact people. The food in the restaurant is decent, though took longer than expected. The place is well maintained, though seemed to be quite empty.

This hotel is very reasonably priced for the comforts on offer. The rooms are large. There is a full sized bath tub in the double room. Toothpaste, toothbrush and soap is offered. Hot water is available from 3am to 10 pm. There is a small restaurant. Don't be put off by the fact that it is down an unpaved path. The hotel is fine and the staff very professional.

1) It is cheap 2) Bed was comfy 3) Showers were hot Cannot ask for much more as a solo backpacker! I believe there is also wifi but I never used it myself. It is also very well situated, within walking distance of the bus terminals, which is very useful given the buses to most places tend to leave at ~6am, and also close enough to restaurants and places to buy food around the city.

Coming from New York City, we have high expectations when it comes to service, cleanliness, and comfort, and Olerai Lodge delivered on all fronts. Hossana and her wonderful team welcomed us warmly and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Their kindness, attentiveness, and attention to detail were second to none. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean, with large, comfortable beds that ensured a restful stay. The food was delicious, and the drinks were just as enjoyable. We didn’t have the chance to use the pool, but it was a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the serene surroundings. Olerai Lodge was the perfect place to unwind and prepare for the adventures ahead. The entire team made us feel cared for, and we were genuinely sad to leave such a warm and welcoming space.

I stayed at the Arusha Sheraton before, when prices were not so high. Come back now, the environment is still good, but the decoration facilities have not changed much. At the same price, it is no longer possible to stay in the same room type [previously booked without Ctrip]. The hotel's breakfast is good, with many varieties and choices. The lunch buffet at US$20 per person is much more cost-effective than before. If I come back again in the future, as long as the price is right, I will continue to choose here.

This house villa is in a village 20 minutes away from Arusha city. I like it very much. The room is clean and tidy, with a private bathroom, and the yard is also very tidy and interesting. The owner of the yard is also a very interesting person and the other staff are very friendly. By the way, if you want to stay in the courtyard and relax, they provide simple meals for three meals a day, which is delicious. In the evening, everyone would warm themselves by the fire and chat in the yard. Friends from all over the world would gather in front of the fire and tell their own stories. Very interesting. The people in the village are also very friendly and enthusiastic. When I went out for a walk, I even made local friends, the children of the neighbors. There are schools, churches, and local markets nearby, which is very interesting. I will stay here again next time. Miss you my friends. Highly recommend this place.

The environment is beautiful, clean and hygienic, the front desk is very good and late check-out until two o'clock in the afternoon, breakfast is not very rich, but you can eat. Tanzan blue is sold in the lobby but there are not many varieties. The most important thing is that when the hotel goes out and turns left along the wall, there is a Chinese restaurant.
