Just went and had a three day, two night vacation at this ski in ski out for Attitash. The beds for Comfortable, pillows were comfortable, slept well. The pool and hot tub were clean and both a great temperature. I even saw staff testing the water. The gym was clean, equipment served it’s purpose. Sad the main restaurant/tap house was closed but they do at least have a breakfast spot on site open till 1. Great amenities of equipment storage, corn hole, and some board games.
The hotel is located beside the main road of transportation. There are small shops and gas stations around the same building, a bungalow, a large courtyard, very quiet, and the car is required to stop at your door. The front desk is a young and pretty nice girl. Soon, the room is small but very delicate, warm and sanitary. It is very suitable for family trips. The downside is that online booking is more than 30 knives more expensive than the store. In addition, the old-fashioned air-conditioning sound is too noisy, and it must be turned off before going to bed. The hotel asks to check out before 11:00 the next day, because there is no demand, so I don't know if it can be delayed. When you leave the store, you don't need to inform the front desk. You can directly drop the key into a box on the wall of the hall. Overall rating five stars
This was one of the best places that I stayed in on this trip! They had excellent service, location and a really nice breakfast.
I would definitely stay there again :)
Great location, minutes from all the major hiking trails and attractions. Right off Highway 3 and close to Woodstock and the Lincoln township. Adequate parking and we literally parked in front of our room.
They hv an indoor and outdoor heated pool. The outdoor jacuzzi is a big draw. There’s also a small lake for fishing and riding the water bots. Great location for weddings and picture taking.
The room was a bit old and the aircon was a bit noisy. The ceiling was a bit thin as we can hear our neighbours talking. Breakfast was great, coupled with great service.
We would return to stay again. A bit expensive for this time of the year but well worth it.
We stayed at the Inn at Thorn Hill from December 22nd to 24th, and the experience was absolutely magical. Everything was perfect, the beautiful, cozy room, the outstanding food, and the warm, welcoming atmosphere.
The service was exceptional, and the host made us feel truly cared for with genuine hospitality and attention to detail. It was a peaceful, luxurious stay and one we will always remember. Highly recommended, we can’t wait to return.
We arrived and had a quick and easy check in. Our room was ground level, with easy parking and room acsess. The room was spacious and clean and had a refrigerator, microwave, Keurig, hair dryer, iron, ironing board and large closet. The TV wouldn't work so we made a call to the front desk, and someone came down shortly after and resolved the problem quickly. Overall, we were happy with our accommodations and stay definitely would return.

GGuest UserGreat staff, hotel needs work. Haft of the plugs in the room didn't work. A/c wasn't that cold, shower handle was loss needed to play with the handle to adjust the temperature. Bathroom dirty, ceiling in room had a stain from previous water leak.
PPenny Mason-AndersonGerry made us feel welcome the moment we walked up to the desk his positive attitude smile, and kindness was exceptional. Often, sadly front desk employees can be less than chipper. That was certainly not the case with Gerry! We laughed and told stories and honestly I wanted to hang with him at the desk and chat. He is one fine employee. I hope you can keep him! We will be back!
MMelanie TomOur stay at the Artisan was wonderful. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and worked with pride in their jobs. The lobby with a fireplace was great. We loved the ease of walking directly from the hotel lobby into Tuscan Grille for a fantastic dinner. We also enjoyed breakfast the next morning (off of the lobby as well). We walked around the shops and loved the Tuscan Market for a fresh sandwich for lunch, which we ate outside on a lovely October day.
The only thing that surprised us was that there is a lot of noise in the room. We heard everyone talking in the hall but most bothersome was Friday night - I think there may have been a DJ at the 5th floor club (we were on the 3rd floor). We were exhausted so chose to call it an early night and relax in our room and watch tv after a long day traveling. We couldn't hear the tv in our own room over the music from outside! In fairness, I believe the music stopped by 10 o'clock but when you're tired, it was a lot (especially at close to $500/night).This was not an issue on Saturday.
We would definitely return when in the area.
JJUNXIANThe hotel has convenient transportation and convenient parking. Although it is close to the roadside, it is quiet. The facilities are outdated and the stopper of the bathtub is broken. It can only be considered as making do with it. .
GGuest UserThe room is clean, the facilities are average, the parking is convenient, the shopping and eating around are convenient, the road is close to the road, the breakfast is not bad, the service is very friendly, the overall is very good

CcollinsgaryThe experience was wonderful. I thought being by the airport would be annoying because of the planes but not at all. The service was great. I dropped my coffee in the elevator. I asked the lady that was cleaning the room if she had something that I could get it up with and she said if you could please just hold the door open I will take care of it and did it with a smile and conversation. Now that's service. The facility was very updated and the decor was nice ,very clean and the staff was very friendly. The food was good, hot , and very plentiful . In all to sum it up, I had a wonderful stay and will stay again when I am visiting Manchester New Hampshire
GGuest UserLobby and food area very nice and clean, well stocked with fresh breakfast items, good variety. Coffee and hot chocolate available is very nice. Breakfast Girl keeps area very clean. Staff was attentive and friendly, asked if we needed anything. Renovation going on, pool closed. Rooms are in need of serious updating, we stayed last year at this time and still dated and used. TV/dresser drawers wouldn't stay shut, cardboard holding up one side under leg, bathroom cabinet was worn, toilet seat moves side to side. Room temp was comfortable. Hotel is in a convenient area, close to all local highways, good foods, fast and sit down.
