Lol The elegant but relaxed service of the staff, the refined dishes and presentation that retain the ethnicity unique to Asia were the best hospitality that left an impression on my "Bangkok trip". In particular, the opportunity to eat horseshoe crab, which is probably an endangered species, was a very unexpected experience. NUSARA was selected as the third best restaurant in Asia in 2023, and is a sister restaurant of the first place LE DU. I couldn't make a reservation at LE DU, so I made a reservation here, and it was a really wonderful experience. And the chocolate I got as a souvenir was delicious...It's 80% cacao chocolate made with common ingredients, but it has a bitter yet refreshing scent like balsamic and passion fruit, and I wish they sold it separately. The best part is the food stalls and night markets, but I highly recommend it for those who are visiting Bangkok for the first time and want to have a new experience.
