If you want a view, you have to go early on the day to see if you can get one. 🇹🇭 The restaurant is a small standalone building with four floors. The first floor is Nuss Bar, and the restaurant is on the second floor and above. The waiting area on the first floor tells the story of the chef's inspiration from his grandmother's menu to create childhood memory dishes. 🥗 The appetizer section starts in the restaurant kitchen, where the chef's assistant will tell you the inspiration and ingredients for each dish. The meal is served in a glass house on the roof. We highly recommend booking around 6:30 pm so you can enjoy the view during the day and at night. 🍝 The main course is served at your seat. Each window is like a viewfinder, capturing the night view of Bangkok. The main course is mainly made with Thai ingredients and methods. I never thought I would eat street food like Thai basil rice in a fine dining restaurant, but it was delicious. 😋
