The first impression when arriving at the hotel is that it is very large, and the G floor looks like a comprehensive shopping mall. The hall is very bright and the overall white color scheme is matched with Thai-style installation art. It's hard to imagine a hotel with negative reviews. We checked in early and waited in the lobby for our room, following the first negative review's advice. When booking a room, please note that you want a quiet room on the 12th floor. It was only when we arrived at the site that we realized that the highest floor was 18. While waiting for the room, I found the lobby to be quite comfortable and the air conditioning was very cold. The washbasin is not big. The dry and wet separation shower door cannot close tightly and the bath water will leak out. The hot water came quickly but the water pressure was not high. Generally the toilet was clean. The bed was a bit hard, but clean. Overall, I think it's not too bad for a hotel of the same price. The facilities are old and many of the pipes are rusted, which cannot be solved by cleaning. Wallpapers and carpets also give people an unclean feeling because they are old. It's actually not that bad. The negative reviews mentioning that the air conditioner cannot maintain a constant temperature are correct. Air conditioning can cause the indoor temperature to plummet to the point where you’ll need a coat, sleeping bag and quilt. The worst thing is that the sound of the outdoor and indoor units is like the running of heavy machinery placed in your room, which made it impossible to sleep on the first night. The outdoor swimming pool on the 4th floor is maintained by a dedicated person and is a great place to take swimsuit photos. The gym area is quite large. Providing so many equipments for guests to use in 800 guest rooms is quite sincere. The G floor has 24-hour catering service and a bar. Walking towards the mall, there is a McDonald's, a massage parlor and some souvenirs. The prices are reasonable. But it feels like half of the mall is not rented out. Halfway through my shopping, there were suddenly no shops or counters and everything was pitch dark. The night was a bit scary. Shopping malls and convenience stores are vending machines, if you need a complete 7-11.
