#September2024 In EMSPHERE, Thailand, I saw a dessert shop called SOURI EMSPHERE, which not only offers macarons, but also homemade drinks and ice cream. But what made me happy and surprised the most was their macarons. It is rare to come across a shop that serves really delicious macarons, especially the crispy shell, which is not only crispy on the outside but also soft on the inside, and not too sweet.
