I went at 10:20 a.m. on Saturday and had to wait in line for exactly 1 hour. But I guarantee that it was worth the wait. Inside the restaurant, there are both regular tables and a bar where you can see the chef frying tonkatsu and arranging it up close. Medium Juiciness Both types of pork are very big pieces, fried juicy, good batter, not hard, crispy outside, soft inside, served with Japanese rice in a pot, shredded cabbage, soup and pickled vegetables.
