When I went, I knew that it was a method of using local ingredients to reduce carbon footprint or eggs from a mother hen who raised herself. There is not much on the menu. The base is toasted. I ordered 2 things. It was very delicious. Sourdough is homemade. I like it so much that I ordered more. Hua hin cheese is very good. Eating with honey is perfect. Highly recommended. We went in the afternoon. People keep coming. I suggest you call to reserve.
