A Taste of Southern France at Love Me Tender

Love Me Tender, a stunning Southern French restaurant in Bangkok's Sukhumvit area, became the perfect spot for my birthday dinner during my trip to Thailand. Nestled in a charming courtyard in the city center, this place was a delightful find. I ordered the foie gras steak, duck confit, and a salad—all of which were absolutely delicious! The duck confit, in particular, brought back memories of my last time enjoying it in Shanghai. I've been craving it for so long, and finally having it again felt like pure bliss. The restaurant also offers a signature cocktail named after itself, "Love Me Tender." It's not only visually stunning but also incredibly tasty—a must-try if you visit. (By the way, I adore the name "Love Me Tender" too, haha.) The service was excellent. Since it was my birthday, I brought along a cake, and the staff kindly plated it for us and even sang a birthday song. The waiter was not only handsome but also very gentle and attentive—absolutely charming! 😍 Conveniently located just a 6-minute walk from the nearest metro station on Sukhumvit, the restaurant is easy to reach. As for the price, the meal for two cost around 3,800 THB, which is approximately 750 RMB, including service charges and taxes. P.S.: No reservation is needed; we walked in directly. Initially, we planned to have omakase, but most Japanese restaurants require reservations.
