This beats all the Indian food I’ve eaten my whole life

#celebrateit A fantastic food place that brought traditional Indian food to the next level. Everything retains the traditional element while incorporating new textures/flavors combination into it. Sea Bass-Fish skin fried to a nice caramelized crisp, while meat perfectly soft and tender. Coupled with a spicy flavorful sauce and subtly fragrant basmati rice, it’s absolutely enjoyable. Ghee Roast Chicken-Chicken breast is not just well marinated but well brined to a superb succulent juicy texture. The ghee sauce, to me, was an upgraded version of the traditional ghee. Spices are stronger and yet put together in a cleaner way. Loved the thinner naan too, which traded off some of the traditional chewiness and flour fragrance with more crisp and roasty flavor. Scallop-Love the fact that the butter sauce is not only unique (something like the butter in roti prata in Malaysia) but also not overwhelming. Service, whether from the manager or other staffs, was impeccable as well. My friend who usually didn’t enjoy Indian food turned out to appreciate this visit to Haldi thoroughly.
