[Taki Shrine/Tokyo] A precious waterfall purified at the annual festival

Takijinja Shrine in Fuchu, Tokyo 𓂃◌𓈒𓐍 𓂃◌𓈒𓐍𓂃◌𓈒𓐍𓂃 This shrine was founded about 600 years ago. This is a branch shrine of Okunitama Shrine, so I walked here from Okunitama Shrine. It is customary for the people who serve at the annual festival on May 5th and the sacred horses to be purified at this waterfall. The waterfall is surrounded by a fence and is locked, so we couldn't enter. There is a large zelkova tree next to the torii gate of this shrine, so it is a must-see!
