Cheorwon’s 947m Beauty

#summervacay Took a little adventure up Cheorwon, and man, it was such a cool experience! Standing at 947 meters, it’s not the tallest mountain out there, but don’t let that fool you, the hike was legit. The trails start off gentle, but they get steeper and a bit rocky as you go up. Kinda gave my legs a workout, but nothing too crazy. The best part? That summit view! Total panoramic gold. You get this awesome look at the Cheorwon plains and even some DMZ zones in the distance. Wild. The mountain has this peaceful vibe, not crowded at all, just fresh mountain air and the sound of wind through the trees. I even saw a few eagles circling overhead, like some scene out of a movie. If you're into off-the-radar hikes that still bring the wow factor, Geumhaksan’s totally worth the trip. Pack some snacks, charge your phone for pics, and just go for it!
