Haikou always surprises me 🌴 This time, after staying at the Yishang PLUS Hotel, I unlocked the super relaxing seaside slow life mode～ 🏨 Hotel Recommendation: Yishang PLUS Hotel (Youyi Sunshine City Branch) has an unbeatable location! It’s in the city center at No. 8 Guomao Third Cross Road, within walking distance to Wanlv Park (make sure to go in the evening, the sea breeze is so pleasant). The biggest surprise was the room’s smart home system; the automatic toilet and comfortable bedding made even a picky sleeper like me sleep soundly! You can also enjoy authentic Hainan rice noodles for breakfast, which is just pure happiness～ 🌊 Travel Tips: 1. Be sure to try the hotel’s free late-night snack service; after eating, you can wipe your mouth and take a stroll by the sea. 2. Wanlv Park is the locals’ favorite morning jogging spot; if you go at 7 AM, you’ll see lots of handsome and beautiful runners. 3. Evening seaside photos are stunning, with coconut tree silhouettes and breathtaking sunset skies (remember to wear a bright-colored dress!) 🍹 Nearby Food: - Walk 500 meters west from the hotel to Youyi Sunshine City, where there’s a very authentic Qingbuliang shop on the 6th floor. - For seafood, take a 15-minute taxi to Banqiao Road Seafood Market; remember to go after 7 PM for cheap and fresh options. 💡 Little Discoveries: 1. The hotel’s laundry service is super thoughtful, with free laundry detergent provided. 2. Three nearby bus stops all go directly to Qilou Old Street; it’s best to visit after 4 PM when it’s less sunny.
