Moody candlelight, lyrical music and a specially prepared cocktail create an impeccable atmosphere. 𓋑 Sydney $120 Sydney is Plum Highball. A blend of dry gin and Courvoisier VSOP, with pickled plums and jasmine peach soda added. The fruity aroma balances the richness of the wine, leaving it mellow with a hint of sweetness. 𓋑 Diane $150 Pandan Gin plus ginger beer is refreshing and easy to drink. Cardamom is also added, giving it a full Southeast Asian flavor, which is unique and refreshing. 𓋑 Clams $125 A must-try recommendation! Using fresh clams, paired with shishito salsa and romesco sauce, it is both sour and spicy and appetizing with a hint of garlic. It is very special when paired with special cocktails! 𓋑 Fish Fries $140 Highly recommend the fish fingers! The outer layer is fried crispy and delicious, the inside is juicy, and it is served with mayonnaise, which makes you want to eat it again and again. 𓋑 Side $70 The roasted new potatoes cut in half, golden and crispy, sprinkled with spices and sea salt, are simply delicious. 𓋑 Prawn Cutlets $125 The fresh shrimps are fried until crispy and even the shrimp heads can be eaten, with a small amount of wasabi sauce and bonito flakes.
