I saw that this all-you-can-eat restaurant has Japanese Satsuma Wagyu 🥩 all-you-can-eat, and you can choose Sukiyaki. It’s only $588/person and you can have a full meal. It feels very cost-effective. The restaurant first served a plate of Satsuma Wagyu platter. The platter includes Satsuma beef top sirloin, Satsuma beef shoulder slices, Satsuma beef ribs marinated in pot, Satsuma beef belly, Satsuma beef brisket, etc. All the beef is marbled and the lines are clearly visible. After we took photos of the platter, the waiter cooked 2 slices of beef shoulder and let us dip them in raw eggs🥚 to eat. The meat is so tender. After that, the waiter carefully placed various vegetables 🥬 and 2 other slices of beef shoulder in the pot. Once the food is cooked, we can enjoy it slowly or add our favorite ingredients. The quality of the beef shoulder was really high, and it felt like we could easily make our money back by eating a few more slices, so we ordered a few more. The next serving of meat was also large and marbling-filled. When it comes to barbecue, my personal favorite is Satsuma beef ribs, which are not tough and have a rich, fatty flavor. If you want a stronger flavor, you can dip it in some barbecue sauce. If you want to make it less greasy, you can add some sour barbecue sauce. If you want the meat flavor to be more prominent, you can add some pepper and salt🧂. In addition, I think the Jialuo barbecue and pepper salt beef tongue are also worth a try. The buffet area provides salads, hot pot ingredients including meatballs and vegetables, big golden shrimps, very tasty Japanese curry beef brisket, miso soup, bottled drinks, soda, hot drinks, fruits, desserts and Japanese popsicles.
