Dan Ryan’s Chicago Grill is one of the top American restaurants in Hong Kong.

For celebrations, we usually choose a reliable restaurant, and this time was no exception. We went to the Dan Ryan’s at Taikoo Shing. Clam Chowder The set meal comes with clam chowder, made in the traditional American style. It's creamy and flavorful, with plenty of ingredients. Buffalo Cauliflower with Blue Cheese Sauce We often have buffalo wings, but the restaurant creatively pairs the sauce with nutritious cauliflower, which is quite interesting. The blue cheese sauce further enhances the flavor. Papaya Salad Besides the main ingredient papaya, it includes tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, and macadamia nuts, all dressed in a mango kumquat sauce. It's refreshing and healthy. Miso Glazed Halibut This dish has a Japanese touch, featuring halibut served with mashed potatoes, roasted pumpkin, broccoli, and chives.
