Kai Tak High Quality Western Restaurant

Chefcut has always been one of my favorite western restaurants. However, after visiting it many times, I usually choose to order food casually because there are more varieties of food, and the lunch set menu has the choice of toast, pasta or pizza. However, I think the outstanding point of this restaurant is not pasta and pizza. Instead, I recommend everyone to try its desserts, main dishes, and some appetizers. The recommended dishes include beef bone marrow toast, roasted pork saddle with apple sauce, lobster Mac and cheese, and caramel pudding. This time I ordered a lunch set menu, which is spicy sausage pizza. In fact, the cheese portion is also very sufficient. The pizza is thin, but I think the pizza is too hard. If I want to eat pizza, I would rather go to an Italian restaurant that sells pizza. But his other main dishes are really good, and I have tried them several times before. The reason why lunch is more affordable is that there is an appetizer, which is a choice of Parma ham, buffalo cheese, rocket with toast. The thin pieces are also good, but the toast is not crispy enough. Lobster Mac and cheese, this dish is very popular. Every time I visit, I see many customers ordering this dish. Maybe it's because you can order a main course with half a lobster for less than $200, which is cost-effective compared to other dishes. Mac and cheese is very suitable for children. The cheese is strong and the macaroni is fine and easy to eat. As for the environment, I prefer to come to this restaurant for dinner. Because I came with my little brother during lunch, the whole atmosphere feels completely different. The lights in the bar at night make the whole restaurant feel more upscale and gorgeous. In the morning, it feels like an ordinary restaurant.
