Zhang Gongzi Fine Cantonese Cuisine: A Feast for the Taste Buds!

Today, I visited a high-end Cantonese restaurant in Kwun Tong called Zhang Gongzi, and I was absolutely thrilled! 😍 We ordered several amazing dishes that left me completely satisfied! First, we tried the Steamed Pork Patty with Whole Crab Roe. The crab meat was fresh and sweet, and the pork patty was tender and smooth—simply exquisite! 🦀🍖 Next came the Crispy Roasted Pigeon. The skin was crispy, the meat was tender, and the texture was outstanding. Every bite was a delight! 🐦🔥 Then, we had Braised Fish Maw Noodles in Abalone Sauce. The fish maw was bouncy, and the rich abalone sauce paired perfectly with the noodles—absolutely divine! 🍜🍲 The Drunken Prawns in Autumn Mist Sauce were a pleasant surprise. The prawns were fresh and sweet, with just the right amount of marinade, making it an unforgettable dish! 🦐🍶 Finally, the Stir-Fried String Beans with Dried Chili were crispy and aromatic, refreshing and appetizing—a perfect ending! 🌱🌶️ Overall, the dining experience at Zhang Gongzi was incredibly satisfying.
