Handcrafted Italian Pasta in Sheung Wan

I'm a big fan of handmade pasta, and I came across this café specializing in handcrafted pasta online. I've been wanting to try it for a while. Yesterday, I passed by and saw a long queue at the entrance, so I decided to skip it. Today, I made sure to visit right when they opened, avoiding the wait and having the chance to take some photos around the place. Since I arrived early and was dining alone, I had to sit downstairs in a more cramped spot, but the seating upstairs looked quite comfortable. The décor and layout are pretty charming, and the area near the entrance is quite chill if you don't mind the heat. The food, drinks, and desserts were all excellent. I ordered the Lobster Sauce Tagliatelle with Pan-Seared Scallops—the handmade pasta had a chewy texture that I loved. I also tried the Pistachio Duo: Pistachio Latte and Pistachio Basque Cheesecake, both of which had a delightful pistachio aroma without being overly sweet.
