The clam meat is plump, and the rice vermicelli seems to be Hsinchu-style, thin and springy. The chicken white soup is fresh and sweet. +$1 gets you a slice of fish maw. 🍜《 Signature Fish Maw Soup Rice Vermicelli (Small) $63 》 A big piece of fish maw, tender and not chewy, full of collagen goodness. 🥠《 Traditional Drunken Fresh Abalone $88 》 Chewy but not tough, flavorful and mildly sweet. 🐚《 Freshly Blanched Large Scallop $89 》 Big and slightly chewy. 🐔《 Chef's Drunken Chicken Wings $28 》 Very flavorful. 🥬《 Chicken Oil Blanched Vegetables $37 》 Uniquely fragrant, and the vegetables are fresh and tender. 🥚《 Drunken Soft-Boiled Egg $19 》 Very flavorful, with a slightly bitter alcohol taste. 🥤《 Longan Honey $16 》 and 《 Imperatae Drink $12 》 Great for cooling down and refreshing.
