Perfect blend of Hong Kong style Western cuisine

I went to this newly opened fusion Western restaurant in Jordan with my friends for dinner. The restaurant has a stylish industrial style. Although the shop is small, it feels warm and stylish. We went on a weekday evening and the restaurant was very popular and was fully booked before 7pm. There were not many seats in the small shop, so be sure to book a table in advance! Southern milk grilled spring chicken with kale and beetroot pickles ($198) This is very surprising🥹 I didn't think that the southern milk and spring chicken are so compatible👏🏻 The southern milk is very seasoned, the chicken is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, the beetroot stain on the side dish is sweet and sour, just balancing the rich flavor of the southern milk spring chicken, and made into noodles, rich in taste🍜 Pineapple Sauce with Pineapple Sauce with Waffle and Ice Cream ($78) Another must-order dish 💯 I didn't think the portion would be so much 😍 The waffle is superb, crispy and fluffy inside, the generous fresh pineapple puree on the surface is completely the finishing touch, fruity, fresh taste 🍍 Not too obvious to eat the taste of plum powder, but it makes the pineapple more sweet and juicy ☺️ Definitely have to leave the stomach to eat 😚 The overall food is very high standard, the small shop perfectly blends Western food with Hong Kong style, the taste surprised me! The staff is friendly and often smiling! Definitely recommend!
