I happened to be at Bowring Street looking for Flower Boy blouses, so I went to this nearby restaurant. The restaurant is clean and the floor is not slippery. There is enough distance between the tables so it doesn't feel crowded, and there are several VIP rooms and several booths. We ordered 4 side dishes and a pot of soup. Both pot dishes were deliciously wok-cooked, cooked as ordered, and were smoky and fragrant when served. The zesty kale pot is added with dried shrimp, minced meat and shredded chili 🌶️. The fish-flavored eggplant casserole has a strong aroma of salted fish. The two side dishes are delicious and go well with the meal and wine. The method of candied sweet and sour pork makes the sweet and sour pork noodles more crispy. I like the taste not too sour and moderately sweet. The camphor tea duck has a strong smoky flavor and the duck does not have a thick layer of fat. The duck meat is golden red in color, the skin is crispy and the meat is tender. The West Lake beef soup is quite filling, with plenty of minced beef, coriander and egg drops.
