【Gluten-free pancakes｜Redefining Japanese pancakes】

There are several pancake shops in Hong Kong, and each has its own characteristics. Pancake Semmon specializes in gluten-free pancakes. The interior of the store is decorated in a Japanese style, with walnut wood as the main color, which has a very Kyoto-style feel. I specially chose afternoon tea time to come here just to eat dessert. But actually this shop has salty food or salty pancakes ☺️ 🗻Roasted Tea Snow Mountain Pancake ($138) - It really looks like a mountain. The outer layer is roasted egg whites, which has a light texture and a burnt roasted tea flavor. It also has a strong roasted tea flavor and has icy vanilla ice cream inside. The chocolate sauce is rich, but this dessert is not a big surprise. 🫖Hojicha Fuji ($48) - To go with the pancakes, I also chose roasted green tea as a drink, and there is an order to how to drink it. First, use a spoon to taste the roasted tea milk that has been stirred 400 times. It is absolutely rich and smooth. Then stir thoroughly (about 20 times) to mix the roasted tea milk cap and milk. The taste will be different if you try again.
