[Mont Blanc] Japanese Chestnut White Dew

A Japanese chestnut specialty cafe in a corner of Higashi Chayamachi. I went there when I was on a trip to Kanazawa City. When I went in the evening, several groups were already waiting, and I waited in line for more than 30 minutes before I could enter. Finally, I was able to enter and try the menu, but about half of the menu was sold out, making it a very popular cafe. I had Mont Blanc and Sencha. They also serve tea and snacks, and you can purchase them on the first floor. The Mont Blanc comes with a performance where they squeeze it right in front of you. The Japanese chestnut flavor is strong and the inside is fluffy. It was very delicious! It seems that they also do mail order, and even after ordering, I wanted to eat it again!
