If you're going to eat in Kanazawa, you have to eat Nodoguro. We went to eat Nodoguro Kamameshi. When we went there for dinner, there was a huge line, and we had to write our name and wait in front of the store. It was very cold to line up because it was night. After waiting for a while, we were shown to a counter seat. We ordered using a touch panel. We ordered Nodoguro fried tofu, Nodoguro rolled omelette, and Nodoguro Kamameshi. Everything was freshly made and steaming, so it was a bit tough for my sensitive tongue... Everything tasted great, and the flavor of Nodoguro came out well in every dish!
